SLOWEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! We waited for over an hour so we finally just got a refund.
Absolutely disgusting how slow they can be.
Updating my review… they wouldn’t give refunds and instead the workers would argue with the customers.
Food is BANGIN. Yes there is a wait, this is a locally owned and operated DINER/DRIVE IN, NOT A FAST FOOD JOINT. If you expect your burger in 5 mins, go to McDonald's. RAYMOND BURGER BARON WILL FORVER BE MY FAVORITE 😍 thanks burger baron, for trying your best yesterday (Canada day) and being fully overwhelmed by the amount of people. You guys are great 🥰
Went to burger baron after the parade with my 3 kids under the age of 6, when I entered the premises at 11:30 the place was so full that my husband and three kids had to wait outside. After ordering 3 kids meals and two adult combos it was $43 which I get were a big family however what I wasn’t told was how long the wait times would be. I sat in the restaurant from 11:30-12:45 waiting for my food before my husband and kids could come inside to find a table and ultimately didn’t receive our food until 1.
I’d also like to preface that other people who ordered after us received their food before we did.
As a business owner myself I’m frustrated for the staff that had to work that shift and had to handle customers asking for a refund because they were told to tell customers that there food would be right up. The manager on site refused to refund any customers who asked which ultimately led to people leaving without their food out of pure frustration.
Please do better.
- sincerely a very frustrated customer who sadly won’t be back.
Ordered myself, and my family lunch here never ended up getting my order. Took over 1.5 hours when i asked for a refund the owner said we font give refunds. Waited another 45 minutes until i gave up. Worst costumer experience i have ever had. Do not recommend this place. Unless you want to wait 2 hours plus for an average tasting burger.
Our first visit to this location and I must say the wait did not disappoint us. We had the bacon mushroom Swiss burger and it was out of this world delicious. I would make a special trip to Raymond just to go back and try something else.
We visited on Canada day after the parade and it was pretty busy. We chose the drive thru over going inside. It did take a little long but believe me the wait is worth it. Everything was freshly cooked to perfection. The burger had bacon mushroom and Swiss with their special sauce and I can't stress enough about how tasty it was.
I did not get a photo, next time I will get one.
Take the drive and enjoy one for yourself.
Nice traditional fsstvfood restaurant. Excellent milk shakes
Place is clean. Food is good. Owner is nice. Ordered 2 kids meals today. Will be back for sure.
The super special pizza is absolutely fire. The taste is amazing and it gives a good flavor. The service is great and worth spending money here. I would totally visit again. :)
Drove from Lethbridge to check this place out after hearing about it turns out really great, the customer service was amazing and food was great had the mushroom Swiss highly recommended. We will be back for sure

Very disappointed. Onion rings were greasy and soggy. Burger did not seem fresh. Fries were only good thing in our order.

Used to be quality served here, now its way over priced for the cheapest quality food.
Im really sad the owner let this degradation happen.
What happened to mike? He actually cared.
If im spending $50ish bucks (and why did i tip)
Its reasonable to expect good food.
The employees barely seem to care about their job.
Not impressed. Id think with a dairy queen in town, you guys would do better to compete, but i feel like its just a cash grab now. I truly hope you guys figure it out, burger baron has been a part of raymond for a long time, hate to see it fall because minimium wage workers cant do a job right

The nostalgia of visiting here was worth the trip. The food is pretty good and not unreasonably priced. I'd definitely go back even if it is way out of the way for me

The Lebanese Burger Mafia documentary (on Burger Baron) brought be back. I grew up in Raymond in the 90's-00's and somehow never managed to try their food, which is strange, because my grandparents/parents used to manage the building as a chicken place (Grandma's Chicken) before it was a Burger Baron, you'd think I would have been interested in trying out the then-new Buger Baron, but it never happened. Anyways, I'm disappointed. Disappointed that I never tried the food earlier 'cause the Mushroom Burger is legit, so are the milkshakes!
