Went there around 2 pm my burger and fries tasted like they had been sitting under the warming light since noon. Burger patty was dry, barely any condiments and fries were Luke warm and rubbery. Very disappointing!

They tell you it’s one price at the drive thru and then when you get up to the window the manager goes and increases the price so you are stuck because the order is already being processed. Or you order a certain blizzard and the blizzard they give you is not what your ordered and they hand it to you anyway saying they don’t make the one you ordered anymore. Couldn’t have told me beforehand so I could change to a flavour I wanted? Or you order several burgers and half of them were not made the way you ordered them. They also nickel and dime you everywhere and are constantly changing and increasing the prices to an absurd level. The service is ridiculously slow so a quick pickup order is 30 minutes plus. In the beginning we frequented this DQ especially since it is a convenient location to us however with so many negative experiences lately they have officially lost our business nor will we continue recommending them to other people like we have earnestly in the past.

Friendly staff unfortunately had run out of burgers oh well chicken fingers worked!
This was the worst service. I have NEVER been to a Dairy Queen and waited this long. It wasn't even busy!! I was seriously considering walking up to the till and telling them to cancel my order and give me my money back. I only ordered 3 items!! When I got my burgers and onion rings the rings were cold and one burger was very messily put together. Needless to say I will not be going back.
