The burger had been sitting for a while the cheese was already melted. Asked for no pickles do to allergic to them, the thing fresh was the bun. Also the 2 people on till walk by and leave you hanging there. Then ask when anyone works here, they get defensive. Then when they think you have the store they stand there and start saying anyone work here. Last time I was here got a complete monologue of a staff telling a customer about people. Not a good work atmosphere.Really mature staff. Oh by the way I own a business in Red Deer, so i know customer service.

Had a coupon for two teen burger combos tonight and was told they are not excepting it because they are running a deal at a higher price. So A and W's loss was Wendy's gain. They just lost the business of a family of four. Can't believe they wouldn't honor a valid coupon but that's their choice and our choice is to take our business somewhere else.
