A&W reached out to me and were very good at maling this right. They honored tgeir wird and corrected tge isdue. Thank you for the quick response. This was the worst A&W food I've ever had. The onion rings were so covered in spice that I couldn't eat them, way too salty. The burgers and fries were cold. The new stack burger was absolutely gross. The tomatoes were old, and the lettuce was the hard middle part. The only good thing about my visit was the young man at the window. I'd be checking on who was cooking and why this happened. A&W have reached out to me, wothan email address, stating they want to gix this, so I'll let you know if it happens.

Very unimpressed since this location used to be a good A&W. My partner and I did drive-thru. Our order was a double teen combo with extra seasoning on the fries and a drink. I asked word for word for the same sandwich and a turnover. My sandwich was a single, and I'm fairly certain we were charged for the double burger. The total was over 30$ It's hard to say since we didn't get a receipt in our bag. Lettuce was wilted, and the toppings were skimpy. The burgers tasted funny at this location. Sub-par

Good burger and fries. But I see they still sell the fake meat burgers . I would never eat fake anything. Let alone that fake beyond meat burger
Disgusting food. Got some food via the drive-through at 3 am and it was so bad that I had to throw everything after half a bite. I almost puked
the guy in the drive through was so kind and deserves a raise ASAP. very pleasant experience would rate the service 11/10 if i could.

Food is great. Arvin, one of the crew is fantastic. He’s smart, kind and very accommodating. The store is clean and so is the washroom.
Truly Canadian great food great service and great atmosphere
Asked for a mozza burger. The cheese wasn't melted, the tomatoe had a funky texture, everything was falling apart.
Very friendly long term group! Breakfast was awesome.
