Most A&W ,I have visited lately are getting dirty , run downish. Smelly old oil. The one in Reddeer had the heat turned nearly off to save on heating bills.

Excellent improvement from our other ex location called mcdonalds . Gasoline alley. This is far better place for our group to go. We move cars from calgary to leduc daily and mcdonalds got worse every visit. This is our new stop enroute..
Parking: Skip mcdonaldd. Go here instead. 50 meters further down road.

This place deserves more than five stars! The restaurant was immaculately clean, unlike most A&W locations that have that greasy smellāhere, there's no odor at all. The food was incredibly fresh, and the staff greeted me with a big smile, making me feel truly welcomed. It was such a pleasant experience, and I can't wait to come back!
Was in a rush and wanted a simple root beer, lady who āhelpedā me was snarky, disrespectful and off putting. Didnāt even end up buying my drink once I found out there was no ice.

Worst experience and attitude Iāve had from any fast food place in a very very long time and Iām on the road a lot and have to stop to eat a fair bit. I also worked at many fast food restaurants in my younger teen years and put in my time and know how to treat people and talk to customers.Pitiful. Hereās a little early morning training tip for your rude drive thru employees on the speaker box.. instead of getting saucy yelling I canāt hear you talk more clear and then having me relay messages from driver to you back to me. The proper way to respond would be, sorry I canāt hear you, do you mind pulling up to the window to order. A lot better response, manners and also communication. Instead she ruined my morning with her nasty attitude and then even more sauciness when I got to the window to ask what was on a whistle dog. Two thumbs way down. Use this A & W for a washroom at best and move on with folks like that working there.
