This is the fast food place to be! Staff is amazing and the washrooms are clean. We had dropped our fries in our car and they gave us a replacement for free which was super kind.❤️I don’t know their names, but the crew working at 7 pm on March 23 was very friendly and helpful.The new Chai Latte is also excellent. As an Indian person, if you’re looking for good chai, make sure to come here!

I ordered the new Spicy Peri Chicken Burger and a Veggie Burger at A&W, but unfortunately received a beef burger instead of the veggie option. When we returned to the drive-thru to rectify the mistake, the drive-thru attendant was extremely rude to us and displayed no professionalism whatsoever. She insisted that the veggie burger contained a mixture of potato and beef, which added to the unpleasant experience. The lack of courteous and professional service left a negative impression on our visit to A&W.
