I use to go to A&W everyday for breakfast but when the Starbucks offers breakfast at a more affordable price then A&W it was an easy switch. My breakfast use to be 10-12$ but now it holds steady at 15-16$. Too much price increase on a sandwich that shouldn't even be 5$. Sausage & Egger should be 4$ max. Look at other places doing breakfast Wendy's is cheaper Starbucks is cheaper make your food more affordable and I will come back.
Updated: December 7th,2024... wow A&W instead of taking people's advice to make things more affordable you make it even more expensive.. 1breakfast combo now costs 10.50$ I shouldn't even be paying 8$ for a single sandwich combo. I'm done coming to A&W use to come here for years... don't know how anybody still comes there and pays that amount.

I got a bacon and egger combo and the hash brown that it came with was disgusting and drenched in oil it still that it seeped through the bag easily. the sandwich seemed like it was sitting all morning. (two bites cause we both had to try to make sure and we both agreed) Called about it and they said it’s suppose to be like this, super un helpful staff :( Sorry I won’t be back

Went to get breakfast this morning and in the drive through, kept getting cut off for our order, then when only part of it was done she said said the total and told us to move ahead I replied sorry I'm not done, and tried saying hello multiple times to no response. To find out it was the supervisor then trying to make up excuses rudely after is awful. You guys need to re evaluate your staff or teach them how to take orders It's not hard.

I went through the drive through, and i had to pull to the side, that was a longe 15 minutes, but my meal was hot and they did give me two free drink vouchers.
Vegetarian options: Beyond meat burger but i have never had it.
Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp is short and from the paved parking level, its a short rise to get inside, next time i go there, i'll look for the the button for the automatic door.

I recently visited your location and had an unfortunate experience during a drive-through order. I ordered two combo meals, but upon receiving my order, I noticed that one of the fries was missing. When I informed the drive-thru employee of this oversight, I was told that I did not order a combo and was essentially blamed for the error. Despite clarifying that I had ordered combos, the employee insisted that I was mistaken and made me pay for the missing fries.
If there was any misunderstanding regarding my order, I believe it should have been handled more professionally. It’s also customary to confirm if a customer wants a combo when they order a burger and drink separately. The employee’s response was dismissive and unhelpful, which was disappointing.
Customer service is a critical aspect of any business, and I believe a more respectful and accommodating approach should have been taken in this situation. Based on this experience, I’m hesitant to return to this location. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving service for future customers.
