Honestly have tried to give this location quite a few chances but almost every order I have made here in the last year has been beyond disappointing and when I say that I mean every time is a new and fun surprise of will it be cold or undercooked or why even toast the English muffins they would surely like them raw and not even notice … for the price being paid for this stuff now it should be taken more seriously and every time I have been able to go back in the staff could NOT care less they will just hand you back a new order and it will have the same issue and I would understand a little bit more if I was there during rush hours but when most of the time there is literally no one behind me …. I just can’t wrap my head around it more or less done with this location especially after seeing how many people have the same issues here as me you would think someone would actually look into it and try to change it All I know is the next time I get and undercooked burger (literally half pink inside) I will be keeping it and report it and then will be immediately contacting their head office. Do better …

I've been here twice in August 2024 and the service was so poor it was memorable. Asked for a rootbeer float, instead of telling me they don't do that anymore they served me their blended slushie alternative, which is gross. On this same order they messed up my burger order, then messed up the remake and had to make it a 3rd time. Today, I was served a poutine that is best described as fries floating in gravy. It was soup of gravy and cheese over fries Turing to mush. The best part was we drove to our destination with this so could not return it and gravy spilled out of this onto my leg, burning me. Today's burger wasn't good, dried out. I won't be back, I'll pick another location where the consistency I expect from the brand can be found.

Staff was really nice but my friend and I ordered separate , she was done eating before I got my food . Hashbrown was super greasy . I ordered classic breakfast with white toast and only after waiting a long time did they tell me there was no white toast available . I’m disappointed

Came here yesterday for some food and ate inside. One of the workers had very obviously brought their young daughter to work (maybe 8-10 years old), as she was hanging around in the tables. At one point they had her making the drinks from the frozen drink machine behind the counter, and I watched the kid drop the drink lids on the floor right beside the used mop bucket and broom, then pick them up and put them on the drink, then take it over to the drive thru, where the workers handed out the drink without a second thought. Maybe let the trained and of working age employees handle the customers food, instead of blindly trusting a child with what you are serving.

Probably the last meal at an A&W. Prices are outrageous for an average burger and the way it was made is way below what their standards used to be. Lettuce had brown spots and the bacon may as well not been there. This was on a Double Mozza burger.
