I tried calling multiple times to get our order corrected while we were in town as we live 1 1/2 hours away but kept getting hung up on so ended up neither dog got the burgers we paid for which stinks!! Will try again because if I’ve paid for something ℹ except to get it and not chunk of 1 and none of the other ! Sad quality! But the frozen Roobeers amazing!!!

Ordered a mozza buddy burger. I received a pup burger with no seasoning Salt, Teen burger buns, no onions, unmelted cheese, top with 50% of mayo. This establishment should be shut down.

Clearly the person taking orders was not nearly fluent enough in English to be taking orders, not even close. Secondly therefore the order was wrong and had to be sent back. Thirdly the “cook” buttered perhaps 20% of the toast, obviously he could care less about his job or the customer. Finally should staff be catching private areas vigorously then handling food ??? The owner seriously needs to be questioning the manager because what is usual common practice that should be considered minimal expectations.clearly matter not at this location. Overall giving this location a 2/5 is being generous.

was told to drive around front to wait for my food no one else was in line behind me and the gave me a rotten egg not wasting my time coming back to this location. I dont think eggs are supposed to be grey and stink

We went into South point commons A and W and paid for three chocolate milks and a fries and never received them. Tried phoning them multiple multiple times and they wouldn't answer.

I've been going to this A&W for the last 10 years, always loved the food and service.
I haven't been there for the last 4 months until today, it was awful.
They got our orders wrong, even after we explained several times of what we wanted to eat.
The burgers were cheap and much smaller than before.
I called to ask if they could correct my order after 5 minutes on the road since they had missed many items, the lady on the phone said that we were never there and our order never existed.
So sad to see this place go from a 10 to a 1 in just a few months :(
