Clearly the person taking orders was not nearly fluent enough in English to be taking orders, not even close. Secondly therefore the order was wrong and had to be sent back. Thirdly the “cook” buttered perhaps 20% of the toast, obviously he could care less about his job or the customer. Finally should staff be catching private areas vigorously then handling food ??? The owner seriously needs to be questioning the manager because what is usual common practice that should be...
The food as delicious and hot!!
The men’s washroom was atrocious! Not clean, looked like a bunch of shoplifters were the before, soiled clothes and price tags on the floor. We always go to A&W for the big mugs of chilled root beer. No chilled mugs, no ice, just paper cups. Although the staff was very efficient (we were the only people there) they were extremely loud, laughing and visiting with each other.

Staff very friendly. Tables need to be cleaned more and garbage was close to over flowing. During this visit the restaurant wasn't busy. All tables and garbages should have been clean.
