My first visit to the A&W on Gasoline Alley new location. The breakfast is awesome the service is great, the atmosphere is pleasant. The prices are below average, it's clean and pretty busy. I recommend you try it.

Ordered 5 pieces of chicken strips with onion rings, but she forgot to enter it as a combo. The cashier didn’t give me my onion rings and kept telling me that she didn’t charge me for them. When I ate my chicken strips, they definitely weren’t the chicken strips I remembered eating. They tasted powdery and exactly like McDonald’s Nuggets. The same goes for their chubby chicken burger—it’s not made from chicken breast; rather, it’s ground-up chicken and flour.

Literally the best A&W. Consistantly fresh and delicious breakfast. Muffins crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Hashbrowns crispy and perfectly salted.

Used the Drive-Thru on December 22. Staff didn't put the water bottle I paid for in the bag, only figured out when I hit the Highway... Onion Rings didn't have any breading on them, all breading were broken in the bag, something wrong with the way they fried them. Not happy with their service at all.

Not impressed.It's not hard to make a burger that doesn't look like it was drop kicked into the bag.What a complete lack of pride in their work. Seems this is becoming the norm now. Won't be back.

BEWARE!!! I ordered a Mozza Burger and a Chicken Burger. I get home and the Mozza burger was undercooked. I put it in my airfryer for 10 min on 400 degrees, and then it looked better so I ate it. Big mistake!! The last bite it smelled sour, and I thought, Oh no....I should have thrown it out...now I have been sick for 4 days..Bought this last tuesday the 3rd of October. So, if you order from here, beware...their meat is not kept well it seems...they are not following food safety practises and cooking to internal temp of at least 165. I may have to write the Health dept if I still remain sick...Food poisoning...how many others were eating that sour meat that day, and daily?? Just awful...I will never eat at this restaurant again! The staff must not care!!
