7:25pm, place closing at 8pm, “can I get double Tim burger?”, answer is “no we’re out of tim burgers” - very happy employee saying that. They was tried to share onion rings or fries between each other:) good job guys, unacceptable service, because you guys not out of burgers:)

Was excited to try the new Nashville chicken crunch sandwich. For 11 dollars ( I went with no sides) this should be a good burger. Absolutely not, the burger was over cooked and chewie and had nothing on it. I couldn't even chew or eat it it was so tough. I waited a very long time for it even though there were very few customers. I don't think I would try this again, unless I needed Jerky. I saw how the ladies at the front counter were dealing with another customer issue so it was pointless to waste more time waiting for a replacement.

Absolutely horrible. asked for a baby burger and got a bag FULL of ketchup it was absolutely disgusting, Not even that it was Ice cold, and the most unwelcoming employees. -February 15, 7:30

Location had no hamburgers, seriously no hamburgers! Grabbed chicken fingers and they looked like day olds out of an air fryer. Will not use this mall location ever
