We.ordered 4 beyond meat burgers. I paid for it when they made the order it was wrong. Upon inquiry even tho was the fault of the staff they made me pay for the extra. A very pathetic customer service by the manager who was dealing with tye inaccuracy. Not even tried to keep customer happy but in turn made customer pay extra for every single thing. I have never come across anything like this kind of customer service. Ridiculous...

Staff are rude and dont make orders correctly. Went through the drive through. Screen said 8.38 i get the to till and its 11.50???? He went to hand me a drink, didn't order a drink. Left checked the bag and its worng i go in and the lady at the counter was rude and said he didnt have an order for what i just ordered. You offer a service provide the correct service or find another job.

I don't know what kind of degenerate eats hashbrowns without ketchup, but make sure you ask for ketchup in the bag and check before you pull ahead in drivethrough.Sometimes you ask for it, and it is absent. Sometimes you don't ask, but like mentioned above, it's not there. Other times, perplexingly, your single apple turnover will contain a packet of ketchup.It is truely schrödingers ketchup. Is it there or not? When you stop here you take a gamble with your existential ketchup permanence issues.Other than that the food is usually hot off the grill and the coffee is decent.EDIT 10/10/23; The ketchup concerns appear to have been addressed and I can give an appropriate 5 stars for consistent fresh breakfast sandwiches and coffee.

We just walked to order but used the washroom first. There was no Toilet Paper, no hand soap and the sink was filthy. Coming out I could see the reflection of the wipe jobs on the tables and it was streaky and dirty. Walked out without ordering as it made me wonder what the kitchen looked like.would actually give it no stars at all.
