I can't believe these reviews. I had to double check that I was reviewing the correct location. I am not a fan of fast food restaurants. I'm forced to eat it sometimes because I work too much. That's how I found this place. I've eaten there many times over the past few months and I find the staff very friendly, on the ball, and always hustling, they actually seem happy to be there. The food is fast and consistently very good. They're so good I've actually eaten there a couple times when I didn't need to. I had breakfast once and was not at all disappointed. Good hashbrowns are hard to find, but I got one here. Five stars to the staff at this location. I really appreciate finding decent meal on my way home from a 14 hour day. Thanks. See you soon.

Dined in, and turned out that my order on sweet potato fries had a ball of hair on the plate under all the fries ? When I brought it back to the front, I was told that that they will be making another one for me. I waited for over 10mins and nothing was given to me. So disappointed with both the experience and the service.

It's pretty bad. The fries are never any good anymore and there's 2 staff members who are great the rest of them are helping sink the ship. Was a good place to eat 6 months or so ago. Probably the worst fast food restaurant in the area. I'd rather hit up McDonald's than this location of a&w. For the price of this even with coupons this location has been producing unacceptable food.
