I was getting coffee Monday afternoon around 3:30 pm August 18th and again last night around 6 pm, I am assuming the managers wear the button up collar shirt. As I was getting my coffee I noticed the manager on shift was playing on her phone in the front while everyone else was bagging and taking order and cooking. I'm not sure if the supervisors are supposed to be helping or just watching what the rest of the staff are doing, they could have used the help. I have been served by this employee before and she never smiles or greets us. She clearly would rather be anywhere but at work

I ordered at this location at around 3-4pm Saturday and was extremely displeased with the service and attention of the supervisor on shift. Playing on her phone when I got to the window, seemed like she just wanted to leave.

(Came back to this location Sunday afternoon around 5pm and with different staff the store was in better condition and seemed to be a happier environment). If my first experience was as pleasant as my second one I would’ve ranked it higher

Always dirty looking tables, but free napkins to clean up before your food comes.

Dietary restrictions: Dairy allergy is tough at any fastfood joint, but this place goes the extra mile to look up our requirements and help feed us food that doesn't cause major discomfort. ???

They forgot my burger patty.. I got halfway across the city, came back and all they did was give me another burger and laugh at my inconvenience.. Apparently, my time isn't worth anything..

Food is perfectly made and the service is very good. Staff are friendly.. this store in clearview branch is my favorite and store is really clean

I can't believe these reviews. I had to double check that I was reviewing the correct location.
I am not a fan of fast food restaurants. I'm forced to eat it sometimes because I work too much. That's how I found this place. I've eaten there many times over the past few months and I find the staff very friendly, on the ball, and always hustling, they actually seem happy to be there. The food is fast and consistently very good. They're so good I've actually eaten there a couple times when I didn't need to. I had breakfast once and was not at all disappointed. Good hashbrowns are hard to find, but I got one here.
Five stars to the staff at this location.
I really appreciate finding decent meal on my way home from a 14 hour day.
