Dined in, and turned out that my order on sweet potato fries had a ball of hair on the plate under all the fries ? When I brought it back to the front, I was told that that they will be making another one for me. I waited for over 10mins and nothing was given to me. So disappointed with both the experience and the service.

It's pretty bad. The fries are never any good anymore and there's 2 staff members who are great the rest of them are helping sink the ship. Was a good place to eat 6 months or so ago. Probably the worst fast food restaurant in the area. I'd rather hit up McDonald's than this location of a&w. For the price of this even with coupons this location has been producing unacceptable food.

If they ask you to go to the parking lot, you know you're in trouble. If you ask not to go to the parking lot, you'll be in even more trouble. This is not a drive thru, it's a drive into parking lot.

Staff here is super slow and unfriendly. We were the only ones in the Drive-Thru and there were three teenagers standing just chit-chatting and took forever to get our food. Their demeanor was not cordial at all.Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure

I went through the drive through at around 9:30 Am and asked if I could get my hash browns made fresh as I often get old ones there. (There was also no one else in the line behind me) They had no problem with it and the interaction with the cashier was pleasant. I went to drive away and went to take a bite of my hash brown and when I tell you this hash brown looked like a four day old grease soaked 10 times fried piece of cardboard that I nearly broke my tooth on I was super disappointed. So I went back through and said that I had no problem waiting for them to be made fresh… the cashier (William I think) was again super pleasant but the old lady in the back cooking sure came out hot yelling at me. There was no need for her less than pleasant attitude it made the whole situation worse and frankly I won’t be coming back to this location. Your Cashier needs a raise because he was great at navigating the conversation… I think you need to find yourself better staff otherwise.
