We've been retail customers of Apple Teddy for a few years, just dropping in once a month to buy a few boxes of K-Cup coffee, hot chocolate, and syrup.They keep a great selection, and their buying power lets them pass on savings to their clients.Apple Teddy is a warehouse, nothing fancy there, EXCEPT you get the friendliest faces and the best service, ALL THE TIME!Oh yeah, and their coffee is GREAT!Ron, Roberta, and the whole team do a fantastic job!

We held an event to fill bellies and warm hearts with TMG The Mortgage Group. We approached Ron to see if we could rent the thermos’ so we would be able to deliver hot chocolate and he graciously donated, not only the thermos’, but filled them with delicious creamy hot chocolate. I met Ron the owner the other day and he is extremely professional, kind and has amazing customer service. Our school was in a pinch with our popcorn machine breaking in the middle of a popcorn day. I called him up and he offered to deliver one to rent us and deliver it right away! Such amazing customer service ! The guy who delivered it walked us through how to use it and stayed until we made a batch to ensure we felt confident with using it! We will use Apple Teddy for all our popcorn needs!

Contacted late this morning about a coffee machine and accessories, had them delivered and installed at 3pm SAME DAY. Extraordinary service.

My company Planet Fitness Alberta has worked with Appleteddy for over 15 years now, and found it as a very good company that cares. I'm thinking Portia Fralicks bad review of Appleteddy coffee may have mistaken Planet Coffee company in Red Deer as being Appleteddy coffee. Planet Coffee owner Mr. Wes Philips passed away and was also a very good man to work with. Just wanted to set the record straight... My company Planet Fitness has no link to Planet Coffee here in Red Deer and would give Appleteddy coffee 5 stars!
