Went in and ordered 2 beef and cheddar. Guy at till said 2 classic? And I assumed he meant size. Got my sandwiches and there was no cheddar so my husband went in to tell them there was a mistake. Rather than just fixing it and offering a side of cheddar for our sandwiches the cashier said oh well, that's what we rang in. You lost my business and I come here very often. Wouldn't have hurt your bottom line at all to do the right thing. Fast food is already outrageously priced. Add in trash service and why would I bother come back? Do better Arby's . And don't ask me for feedback online. This IS your feedback. Make it right or don't even respond

It’s fast food. I used to live in red deer and left in 1998. I have not had a Arby’s sense and was excited to go here because I remember eating their way back in the day. I don’t know, maybe mastalgia makes things better, but the food was mediocre at best, and the place was dirty.
This Arby's location is pretty good. I have nothing bad to say about this Arby's. The only bad thing I can say is that sometimes it can be very very busy. Usually around dinner time. But as for customer service I have never had any issues with the staff. They have always been very warm and welcoming. They always seem to be in a good mood.
Parking: Location has a big parking lot. And there has always been lots of parking anytime I have been there. Parking was never an issue.
Called for over an hr. Multiple days. No answer and then the order is not right.
Tonight called to make sure it was right... no answer until 1 minute after they closed for delivery. Not happy and terrible service.
To make it simple. The staff don't answer the phone until after 'delivery' hours. Order is not right unless you call them as the skip app doesn't have a comment section to deal with issues you want to address when ordering. To top it off, the will NOT answer the phone until they have closed the delivery option.
Will NOT be ordering from them again.

I am biased; this is the only place other than popeyes that I can get a decent curly fry poutine that I have found so far.
Roast beef seems to be the same as years ago, always a good little meal.
