10/10 lovely people that love coffee. I’m not a coffee drinker but the servers know how to recommend drinks to conservative coffee drinkers and coffee connoisseurs alike. I really enjoyed their Mont Blanc but I personally come for their matcha. I think it’s the best in all of Red Deer. Hand whisked with ceremonial grade matcha. First of all, this was one of the cutest markets I've ever seen. Once we got to Birdy, we were already pleasantly surprised by the environment, super inviting! Birdy's caramel iced cappuccino was very good, as was the chai tea latte. The staff was super friendly!
The 'Wild Goose Chase' coffee beans are fantastic. Glad I bought the bag. Hopefully I can get another later. The person who made my coffee was friendly. The location is not far off gasoline alley. Make sure to visit.
