Pizza was good, and service was as good as the 2 individuals working behind the counter could do. They were waaaay understaffed. But the ones that were there, which was only 2 of them, were trying hard to keep up. Felt sorry for them, but they had an excellent attitude, and were trying their best. Unfortunately it took 45 mins to get 1 small pizza to go.

I have always loved going to blaze, but I believe that over the last few months the service has gone downhill. I’ve gone to blaze twice within the past 2 weeks and both times we’ve had to wait 40+ mins until we eat. The service has been WAY slower than usual. From waiting in line, to taking our order, to finally starting our order, to leaving our pizza on the counter instead of putting it right in the oven… I am pretty disappointed with the poor service. I could also tell there was a several people in the store that were irritated and noticing the same things. Our pizza after all that waiting, was also burnt, so not super impressed. We will keep trying it out, but if our experience keeps being this way we will sadly not be returning customers…

I love blaze pizza but this store is not the best. They were too slow and often put very little toppings even though we had build your own pizzas. 4 pizzas with taxes and tip was almost $70 and we were all hungry after eating there. It's at a good place for people traveling to and from Edmonton and Calgary. They need corporate people to visit and take better control. The older Filipino lady was telling the younger girls not to put too much on the pizza. If you are going to speak your language in front of the customer, at least be polite. Bad experience, and i am not coming back to this location.

For a place that has a simple menu and full staff, there are simply too slow, the oven is faster than the staff. To be clear, the food is great. All I'm saying is if you pulled over to grab a quick bite and top up on gas, then this pizza place becomes a big-time management problem. Oh, and also the bathroom is very clean.
