Food is awesome… service is however different.I was asked what sauce I want on my pizza, I said pesto, guy kept asking “you want pesto?”, I said “yes”, he said “are you sure? You want pesto?”, said yes again.Here’s the kicker. I asked for no gorgonzola cheese on my bbq chicken pizza and instead some spinach to sub. Person making my pizza said sure. Paid for my food, sat down. Couple minutes later, I got called saying that I need to be charged for the built you own pizza. I asked the lady (different from who made my pizza) why, she said the spinach makes it a build your own. I didn’t mind paying the difference but the whole inconvenience (twice) was unnecessary.
It was open late enough for us to have a bite to eat on our drive home from Edmonton to Calgary. Staff was friendly and the food was tasty.

Really tasty pizza option. They make individual size pizzas. They have pre set pizzas and build your own.They also have gluten free pizza optionsThe pizza's are made in a pizza oven and not a conveyor belt.
Fantastic service and great pizza. We were “those people” that walked in right at closing time and they still served us with a smile on their face. They could have easily said they were closed. Thank you for your fabulous customer service and great tasting pizza. We will definitely be going back.

When someone asks for gloves to be changed, due to having Celiac Disease, do it! My daughter is now in extreme pain due to being cross contaminated. We figured it took so long, for our curbside pickup order (29 minutes), due to your establishment being cautious... Were we ever wrong. Please educate your staff on Celiac Disease, and any allergies a person has, and what it does to a person's organs and insides!I'm extremely pissed off at this establishment right now!FYI- I barely made it to the washroom too, check if ingredients are fresh/safe

You can't go wrong with Blaze Pizza, but the crust is a lot better fresh than reheated, so make sure you eat it ASAP!I'm a big fan of the blood orange lemonade and basically all of the specialty pizzas.You can't add even one topping such as jalapenos or olives to the specialty pizzas without affecting the price by about $2, but if you dine-in there is hot-sauce, chili flakes, and parmesan.

Just a shout out to the staff at Blaze pizza in Red Deer - my wife lost a family ring that was of great sentimental value at the restaurant. The staff went over and above to look for it / found the ring and calked us immediately - we were able to pick it up today - thank
