I went here for my birthday dessert, and the staff was amazing. They gave me exactly what I wanted and made sure to wish me a happy birthday all because they saw it on my app account. The flavor of my Matcha Monsoon was perfection, which is great since this is my favorite one. I fully intend to go back again.

CHECK YOUR DRINK BEFORE YOU LEAVE. In my opinion the women at the counter was overwhelmed by the amount of people and no one else was working. She was trying to do cash and make multiple smoothies for people walking in the door.... Hire some staff . I paid for two boosters. She made 8 drinks all at once and only for me to be half way up the highway and they gave me the WRONG DRINK. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Came in today, for a juice and a few hours later realized they gave us food poisoning on Valentine's Day. Ruined our date. We only ate packaged food all day up until our date this was the only vector for food poisoning.
Terrible customer service, the lady who I assume is the manager makes me feel like I’m a bother every time I walk in to buy something. I Feel unwelcome and unimportant and this is the same attitude I get every time I go to this location. But from now on, I’d rather take the time and drive to a different location to spend my money then be treated poorly.

Samarah and Jam at the 67th street Red Deer location gave the absolute best customer service we have ever had. Whenever we are guiding in this area, this location will be our first choice.
