The worst experience of any restaurant ever. Lineup of 15 people, three young girls working, not making anything, sharing cell phone conversation, doing makeup, tee heeing between each other, not AT ALL caring about the customers waiting for service. Outrageous. After 10 minutes of watching them goof off and do nothing, we left and went to the 22nd st. location where one guy made all five of our smoothies in about 30 seconds. To the owners: get control of your establishment. Train or fire the three girls working this afternoon.

Ordered two mangosicle smoothies on May 29th at 4:50 PM and the manager (I think) was very rude to my mom and I when ordering. Didn’t say anything to confirm our orders, seemed kind of annoyed by us ordering, and then what I am writing this review about (as the service being bad usually doesn’t warrant a bad review) was how she grabbed a premade smoothie, one that had been sitting out for who knows how long and used it to scoop into our drink. The worker was kind of smiling and laughing about it to the other worker as they did it, which I found weird because she never smiled at us when ordering and we were being friendly. So my drink ended up being very runny and not appetizing as it was made with an old melted drink. Will not be ordering from here again

Soooooo slow!!!! One poor girl working so hard and the other (Caucasian girl) “dogging it”. Absolutely no initiative to be productive or look half interested.Tuesday April 16, 2024 around 7pm.

Wow the chubby white girl that works here is awful, it's been a year I remember when she was hired! When the manager isn't there she has an ear bud in talking on the phone and ignoring customers. There is only one girl I assume the manager that has any speed. It's like she hates her life, she should be let go because she doesn't want to be here!

We were in line for 30 minutes, probably had 15-20 people lined up at once and leaving the line.Zero attentiveness from employees, employees sitting in the back who didn’t seem to care less.Avoid if you’re in any sort of a time crunch.

Twice I’ve ordered and received smoothies with bananas that weren’t ripe and so had chunks of hard bananas in it and also with chunks of ice due to it not being blended long enough. I gave it another chance after one but after two like this I’m not wasting my money anymore.

Avoid this branch as they have no idea how to prepare a juice it took her 15 minutes to prepare the simplest juice ever on the list and while making the juice she opened the filters of the machine for cleaning while i was standing waiting for my order. then she started preparing the juice .

Ordered a small classic smoothie and it took the lady 10 minutes to make with no other orders and no one else in line, got the smoothie and it tasted sour & rotten. I told the ladies and they responded with a rude attitude and made the new one in 4 minutes and it had huge chunks and was not properly blended. You pay $5 for a tiny drink you’d think they’d take the time to properly blend it?

I would give zero stars for quality, avoid this location. staff does not know how to prepare a normal orange juice.

It's so expensive for no reason, a small one for $5.55?!?!?! When you're buying a medium one you're getting 2 scoops more.

I stopped to grab a few wraps & shakes for the family. I am the only customer. One girl working. I wait for 5+ minutes, waiting to be served. She’s in the back. No eye contact. I didn’t know if I was standing in the right spot to order. I asked her, is there somewhere else I should be to order food?” She snips “no, I am serving a customer right now… you can just wait”. I walked out. Brutal customer service. 0/5.

I am a skip the dishes driver that is trying to provide sanitary service in a pandemic. I continually go to the 22nd St. location on Gates Avenue and have to ask them to properly package my order today they said no. I am the only person the customer sees at the point of sale. Receiving complaints Because the food is not properly packaged is unacceptable put the sandwiches in the bag and the straws in the bag as well so that we can carry these orders and not have to juggle them and wind up with half of it on the floor of my car.
