While the consistency of their service can be inconsistent, some locations excel with exceptional service from friendly and welcoming staff. Recently, Bradie-Lyn delivered pizza to a customer’s house and was described as very lovely, even interacting pleasantly despite windy conditions. At another location, the wings and poutine exceeded expectations, with the wings being crispy on the outside and juicy inside, along with a variety of flavorful sauces. The poutine featured golden fries topped with rich gravy and melted cheese curds, providing a satisfying experience. The attentive and friendly service contributed to a pleasant dining atmosphere. However, there have been some service delays; one customer experienced a 30-minute wait for spin dip and another 25 minutes for tacos, leading them to cancel the tacos. Despite this, the host was noted to be doing a great job, and overall, Boston Pizza is a great place to be, especially with friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and decent food.
