Called in an order tonight and went to pick up. Found they had forgotten our gravy and garlic bread, so my partner went back, only to get cheesy bread and marinara sauce instead of garlic bread and gravy. Both are very different and do not pair well with our orders. Very unsatisfied with the service here. Classic garlic bread and gravy could be prepped for take-out orders in advance to keep situations like this from happening, especially on days like today. Just cuz we arent sitting in doesnt mean mistakes like this are alright. Most unsatisfactory.

I love boston pizza, the server named Sev was a lovely lady, super nice and kind, also saved my dog from oncoming traffic during her shift. shes a hero both in her job and in general, give this lady a raise!!

I paid 38 dollars for a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni on top and wow this place has gone downhill bigtime. The pepperoni was not on top and the cheese was thick in the center but zero cheese anywhere near the crust it's like they put one handful in the middle and that was it. When you have the most expensive pizza in town you'd think it would at least not cheap out on ingredients

Our waitress we believe was under the influence of drugs, constantly bouncing off the walls and screaming around the resteraunt. At points running to the VLT machines and jumping at someone who was currently using them talking about a little kids 'Ding dong'. She aswell, took 10-15 minutes to come serve us after walking past us 3 times to jump as previously said VLT user. Great food although terrible service and horrible environment. Couldn't focus on the menu or eating due to the screaming and incoherence of the waitress. I also had went into the washrooms after her and had found a white powder substances on the toilet paper dispenser.

Boston pizza is my go to pizza place. I think they have the best crust and sauce in the business. And I’ve eaten around the world. Great white north can not be beat. But. The gluten free buns were hockey pucks. We have had them quite a few times, but these should come with a dental warning.

Took over 1hr to get our food. We had to go up to get waters refilled. From taking our food order to getting our bill was over 2hours. The slowest service by far I have ever seen. Don’t make plans after dinner if you go to this BP’s because you’ll be there for a while.
