I took my daughter in law for a birthday lunch. Heather our server was fantastic, greeted everyone as they entered.. the food and service was fantastic and they even gave lunch on the house for her birthday. Thank you Boston Pizza and Heather

Boston pizza is my go to pizza place. I think they have the best crust and sauce in the business. And I’ve eaten around the world. Great white north can not be beat. But. The gluten free buns were hockey pucks. We have had them quite a few times, but these should come with a dental warning.

Took over 1hr to get our food. We had to go up to get waters refilled. From taking our food order to getting our bill was over 2hours. The slowest service by far I have ever seen. Don’t make plans after dinner if you go to this BP’s because you’ll be there for a while.

November 6th, three of us ladies had the absolute pleasure of meeting HEATHER when we entered the lounge for lunch.

We were greated immediately while she took care of other tables at the same time. Great multitasker. That was my first day venturing out after surgery. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and so much fun without intruding on our space. Very inviting and outgoing. We all laughed quite a bit. She took very good care of us. 🙏

And to the Cook's /Chef's🧑‍🍳 working that day, the food all around was SUPERB! 😋 We ordered pizza and pasta dishes with lots of parmasian cheese. Sooo good. 😋
I even ordered an extra to go for supper.

HEATHER, THANK YOU🙏 for making my first day out a rememberable experience for all of us. And the cookie was delicious too! 🍪😋🙏

Food was great, I recommend the chicken dill power bowl. Great portions.
Our server though not busy on the sports bar side, she was polite, but lacked knowledge, ordered wrong foods/drinks, continuously forgot to bring waters that we ordered, so I got up & asked the bartender for the help.

I don't like to say things that are unkind however, for the owner.... There was only one waitress and a manager. They did the best they could but were very understaffed. Because of this our food was cold. I will never eat there again. You need to step up and have sufficient staff.

My kid got sick after we visited BP yesterday. We asked to make air conditioning lower, kids were at swimming pool right before our visit nobody's done anythjng. After a while we asked again, they turned it off, but kids were already freezing, we had to bring towels and hoodies from the truck. Plus waiting for food for ever.
It was cold even after they turned it off.
WHY DO YOU HAVE TO RUN IT SO COLD?? Do you realize that we'll not come back again, knowing that we have to wear layer of clothes when it's still hight twenties outside
Who is responsible for AC, I hope you read this and draw your own conclusions.

Canadian Civil Defence Museum

Our server upon arrival was rude. We ordered our beverages and told her that we are ready to order but was quickly told there other people waiting. Pardon me!

Usually this location I’d rate a 4 star however I don’t recommend going as a group over 4

Let’s first start with something beyond their control - kids (parents they have a cool cat robot - teach your kids to sit down, respect other people’s food is on it and only look).

Pop at $4 for bottomless pop we should have had refills but not one at all, couldn’t even get the waitress over long enough to ask.
We had kids with us and had to go up and grab the kids menu. - it was more to keep them engaged by colouring but should have came with regular menus
We were missing items that were ordered - eventually got them after everyone else was done eating
I can appreciate the kids meals came out before everyone else’s however they were there at least 20 mins before the adults got theirs.

If it was a full house I could understand but they were less than 1/3 full.

They stopped doing delivery , fired the drivers , told me to use doordash or skip the dishes ( which they charge more for the food) just a terrible choice to fire hard working Canadians just to save a buck just terrible Boston Pizza is no longer a “Canadian values “ franchise anymore
