During a recent visit to Boston Pizza in Red Deer, I had the opportunity to try their wings and poutine, and both dishes exceeded expectations. On Saturday May 24th my boyfriend and I stopped by for dinner at this location and after being seated we waited for 20 minutes but unfortunately did not receive service, for context it was not busy at this time and only a few tables were occupied. We ended up leaving and going to the other Boston pizza in red deer and were served within 2 minutes of being seated. Not trying to bash anyone, just didn’t have a great experience 🤷♀️

I ordered spin dip and my daughter ordered the tacos. They should have come out together but, it took 30 minutes for the spin dip and after waiting for another 25 for tacos we decided to forget about them. It was busy and they did offer to give the tacos to go after we decided to cancel them and pay for what we had received. Unfortunately tacos aren’t something we want to eat after the fact so we didn’t want that. The host was doing a great job and from what I saw, their service is decent otherwise. Might try again another time

Our server Zander is the reason I am giving any stars at all, he gave us fantastic service while we were there, very friendly and willing to ask to see if things could be done or not rather than just saying no which was greatly appreciated. However the reason I will not give more is the food was very sad, it took forever to get to the table and was cold when it got there, the new Nacho and Cactus Chip dish had practically no toppings and the cactus chips were not cooked fully and were limp. The pasta though tasted okay also arrived cold the only upside of the meal was the Bandera bread appetizer.

We had a group of four, immediately got sat and had the best service, we can not remember his name but his side profile looks like Timothy Chalamet, and he was just so amazing and the best server of all time. 10/10 would recommend
We ordered in from the north location and it was very busy so we had to wait for over an hour. But the delivery girl, Christine was very nice and kind. We appreciated her pleasant and upbeat attitude.
