Been to a lot of Boston Pizza ? in our lives and one thing for sure is they are never the same even though they are a big group, most inconsistent Canadian restaurant brand for sure. It was late and we just arrived in town, good thing was that they were open until midnight. We walked in thinking they were closed as not a soul in sight. Anyway walked up to reception to be eventually greeted by young lady who was very friendly and welcoming and she was the only server or person on the floor. Danielle was her name and her service was amazing and she was on the ball and took care of all our needs and with just the right amount of attention. The vibe in the restaurant was awful, no music, light bright and the chef was playing some heavy metal rock music in the kitchen which was totally unpleasant! Anyway it served the purpose of a quick late night meal after long travel time. Food was decent and what you would expect. Thanks to Danielle for making it work for us.

We met our daughter, son-in-law and grandbabies at the Boston Pizza's, north Red Deer location, on Family Day Weekend 2024. We have done the same, on different, multiple occasions and have had the wonderful experience of having Bobbie as our waitress each time. She truly deserves a shout out for her exceptional service. In a world that has gotten rather harsh, Bobbie lights up people's day with her sweet demeanor. I have been so impressed with her wonderful inclusion of the children in our group. She makes them feel noticed, important, and listened to, through her gentle, playful, attention to their dietary wishes, and general interests. Her easy banter with the adults is a breath of fresh air, accompanied by her efficient service and attention to detail, serving delicious food. I also noticed how effective Bobbie is at reading the room and cues of others. Another table seemed interested in nothing more than service, and Bobbie's professionalism never waivered. She switched to a quiet and effective ghost of service. Boston Pizza, you have a real gem working for you. Be sure to recognize her. I know you are busy but timely response to takeout orders too. Gentleman took the order asked me to wait for 15-20 minutes and it wasn’t even ready after 30 minutes. One lady came after that and said it’s not ready yet and I saw the boxes were ready and she wasn’t even ask anyone. After 5-6 mins more wait handed over the same boxes I was expecting they were mine. Pls be attentive at takeout.
