Excellent service Colin is amazing at what he does. Extremely personable, no group would be too big for him to handle. The rest of the team were also professional and friendly but Colin was standout.
We turned up without reservation, family group of 10. We were asked to wait while they set up a table. Within 3-4 minutes we were seated.
Excellent service throughout, even when I made a mistake with my order, and asked for something to be redone, no sweat, it was completely accommodated without so much as a furrowed brow.
Food was all delicious, came out in timely fashion, and the washrooms were nice and clean too.
Will definitely come back.

The service is soooooo slow I plan on getting your water drinks and food all at the exact same time. :‹3Food ....ok at bes. Now to wait way to long to get a bill. Visiting Red Deer with my father. Sat in the bar. Colin was my server. He was very friendly and helpful on deciding what to eat. He also changed the sound of the music to what I was watching on TV. Food was amazing and drinks were even better.

Extremely poor service! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Had to wait for 20 minutes until we finally got served, been waiting for an hour and still don’t have our food, and the place isn’t even busy. Definitely not coming back and recommending everyone to stay as far away from it as possible.

Hubby was craving the Chicken Pecan salad so went over to Gas Alley BPs close to us. We hadn’t been in awhile, chose the Sports Bar over the dining room.
We were greeted by Nick F. Nick made the evening! Personable, attentive, and made sure everything thing was top shelf. Even as the Bar filled with patrons, he treated each table with the same attention and great personality. The food was good, he made some excellent suggestion as he knew the limitations of the kitchen. Nick made sure that any missing ingredients were provided on request.
At a time when eating out costs more and tipping for services are being questioned, Nick works to make dining a pleasant and welcoming experience.

I had the lunch Fiesta salad and soup of the day, beef barley. The beef was... spongy. I didn't like that. The soup was good otherwise. The salad was also good.
My wife and son had the pierogie pizza. They were of the expected BPs standard.
Took 2 hours to get food for the team, when the place is pretty much empty. Also messed up on a lot of our orders. Very unimpressed.

This past weekend, we were in Red Deer for a soccer tournament. We had a soccer team and their families to feed - the staff accommodated our large group and were awesome. Our server, I believe her name was May, was great with the kids, even getting them to stop an listen when needed! If we need a spot in Red Deer again, we'll be back!

This is a great place to bring the family. The menu has a good variety for everyone. Salads to burgers to sandwiches to main courses. They even have pizza. However, it seems that they are playing around with the Beef Dip again. It's been called Philly Cheese Steak Dipper for a while, but today, I noticed the sauce on the sandwich conflicts with the dipping juice. Too bad. We were a party of 11.
