Our server Kyler was super genuine, kind and generous. She gave great menu recommendations, and was very attentive with a great attitude. 100% recommend Browns and request Kyler as your server!$$
Found the foil from a cigarette pack in our brownie.
The smell and flavour of an ash tray made it clear it was from cigarettes. People sitting near us could smell it once it was opened up.
Staff tried to tell us it was foil from butter.
Absolutely not.
The suggestion just added insult to injury.
They offered to comp our dessert and some drinks….
We settled on paying half of the bill out of kindness for the server.
