Only ONE problem.. Warn a person before selling them a poutine with shredded cheddar instead of cheese curds. We were poor growing up and this is the only kind of poutine we could afford making, I don't want to be taken back to those days when having poutine which is a comfort food. Get cheese curds or atleast write that they're made with shredded cheese so not everyone gets disappointed like this. This is just cheese fries with gravey Not a poutine
