i watched my burger get made without gloves on when i mentioned it they got upset with me i customized my burger and they couldn’t even do that right i am and they took forever to make my food beyond unimpressed oh and my fries and onion rings were freezer burnt and stale

Well, I went to here today, ordered a whopper meal with an extra whopper. I want to start off by saying, I've always had great service here and The food is always great i love getting the whopper, heavy all but back to my experience yesterday at night. I went there ordered whopper meal with upsized, onion rings and an extra whopper, both heavy all and yeah, the man taking my order. Seem to be not understanding me very well. And uh, fairly rude, I told him that the screen showed 2 Meals and I only wanted one meal with an extra whopper, not 2 meals and he proceeded to tell me it's not 2 meals. It's just one I said, okay?But the screen shows 2 meals he said, no, it's not for him. Okay whatever i was just a little concerned because of the discrepancy, but I get to the front and pay this bald chubby. Asian, fellow, very rude and yeah, short with me. I pay and ask for extra zesty sauce. Because he only gave me one, he says, that's all you get unless you pay more. We only give one I believe I said, oh, usually we get 2 for a large on onion rings. He said, no and, the policy is to only give one, but in like a very rude way. I was like, okay, whatever I asked him. Why? And he was giving me a lot of attitude, so I said, don't worry about it and left. But man, how far berger king has fallen, it wasn't even heavy all on the burgers i like yeah Burger King, but I don't think I'll go back here just too rude. And them trying to charge you for every little thing, like one extra packet of zesty sauce. Kind of ridiculous, right? But anyways, yeah, probably nothing going to happen about it, but i figured I'd share my experience lol it was great service before

I love Burger King. The original chicken sandwiches need to go back to the quality they were years ago but great price for what you get and I stop in every chance I get. Thanks Burger King!

This is partly a skip issue but also this establishments issue, never skip any breakfast from here. Sandwiches wrong, 40 minutes for delivery (I ordered this to work which is a 2 minute drive from door to door) the food was also soggy and just not ok. Just a heads up for everyone.

I think a lot of people dont know just how good Burger Kings food is. Easily my favorite fast food breakfast, and prices are better than the rest for everything else on the menu.
Drive though service is fast and accurate, staff is friendly.
Try the croissanwich for breakfast, or the french toast sticks.. yummy.

They couldn't even take my order and couldn't understand a word I was saying and I couldn't understand a word they were saying. 😭 I'm from Vancouver too and my stepmother is Asian so this isn't me being racist and I'm used to being around Asians and I usually have no problem understanding them. Learn basic English if you're going to be working with the public. They didn't even give me my drink. They can't even take custom orders. Burger King's slogan was literally "have it your way" they are the first fast food to let you customize your order. Now they can't even take a custom order as basic as "no onions, no ketchup." They closed the drive thru window on me so I had to scream to get my drink, then they looked at me like I was insane because I wanted my drink I ordered (I said it 3 times while ordering too).
Food was mediocre at best but the staff deserves the fullstars

If I wanted to eat a cardboard box, I would have saved the 15 bucks and still had a better experience than this. Patties are dry and gross, and the bacon is like thick leather. I've had better food in drug dens

Came here for supper and I had a pretty big order and these super sweet girls took our order. There was a Jikoda (i think, i’m sorry if i butchered the spelling), a Sean and another girl who i didn’t get her name. they were super pleasant when I was ordering, they offered extra sauces, the food came out real quick, and we ended up forgetting our churros and the girls ran them out to us. 10 outta 10. give those girls a raise.
