Went for lunch yesterday, we had 3 kinds of tacos & a beef burrito, Americano coffee & a Mocha, service is top notch food is awesome going back for the same or maybe add something on, portions are very generous, love the Mexican background music too

This place is always great. The food is consistent, fresh, and delicious, and the coffee is excellent. Today we had Isaac as our server and he took wonderful care of us, making sure my little girls had all the extra plates they needed. He even brought an extra piece of corn so they wouldn’t fight over it, which we really appreciated. Saturdays they always have soup, and it hits the spot on a cold day.
If you haven’t been to Caballo Blanco Bistro yet, you’re seriously missing out! Their cappuccino is hands down the best I’ve had — perfectly smooth, rich, and made with so much care. ☕💛
And the desserts? Absolutely incredible. Every bite tastes homemade, fresh, and full of love. 🍰✨

This place is a hidden gem in Red Deer! The decor is super vibrant. We had pupusas, birria tacos and the shrimp fajitas were a huge hit at our table. The house-made horchata was a standout, too. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We'll definitely be back!.
