Food is good but hamburger patties are getting thinner and thinner. You can tell new owners as the garbage is overflowing and place is not kept clean.

Just disappointed. Ordered 6:05 and i was hoping they didn’t forget one of the burgers I had gotten. I have gotten food from this location 3 times and this was the second time I almost didn’t get my order.
First time, i didn’t get my order that i had paid for and today i had to double check and yet they still forget to put my order in my bag. As if i wasn’t upset the first time, the second time was not okay.

After the beginning of this restaurant, I never ate here until recently I decided to try it finally. I did not enjoy my meal at all. the burgers were just bland flavorless meat, small for the price. Service was good.

Terrible service waited over 10 minutes of my lunch tıme just to be told my order couldn't be made. Way too long to be waiting to hear that. Waisted my lunch break need better staff.

Staff here use same gloves all the time, whether they are making food or servicing customers. I was informed by staff this is their training from manager. I’ll be reporting this

Been waiting almost 10min for order. Not a big deal. What is a big deal is watching the lady wearing gloves, picking up stuff off the floor, adjusting her pants, touching her face, touching food… all whilst never changing gloves of washing hands. Why even bother wearing them… it’s a false sense of cleanliness and it’s gross..

Best Burger of you ask me. I do drive through so I don't know about atmosphere.
It was empty because we went there on a holiday weekend, they made our food fresh and it was good, was a nice quick spot to stop on our road trip back home. I like the charbroiled burgers and they are better quality than BKs.

Fast forward to Nov 12/25 This place must be under new management. My monster Angus burger was that monster and my poutine was cold and tasted like raw potatoes...
The big Angus Harv at Harvey's is bigger and 100% better....
