Kids on the table and very loud. Person taking our order was at best mediocre. Employee that was cleaning the tables was dragging chairs and making a lot of noise. Food was nothing great

We had an awesome experience at Carl's Jr. Red Deer location! The staff were super friendly and our order came out hot, fresh, and fast. The restaurant itself is spotless, washroom was very clean too. They genuinely care about their job and their customers and this is hopefully a reflection of the brand itself, and it should be exemplified by EVERYONE in the food business. We tried the grilled chicken burger and another beef one, and they were packed with flavor—juicy beef and chicken, fresh veggies, and just the right amount of sauce. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The restaurant had a relaxed vibe, making it a great spot for a quick meal. Definitely coming back again soon!

I ate here tonight with my son and all the staff are so friendly. Thank you to the ladies and gentleman working and great food.
We had an amazing food experience, with delicious burgers and fresh fries that even beat McDonald's fries. And their new mocktail drinks are Love <3. Most importantly, the staff was amazing. Not only did they serve us at the table, but they were also very friendly. We forgot to order one jalapeno poppers, which we realized was our mistake, but they still gave them to us free of cost. Who does that, it's rare to see a place go to such lengths to make a customer's experience amazing. I would highly recommend stopping by this place anytime you're traveling between Edmonton and Calgary.

I sure didn't have a good experience here. All the good reviews must be from a different location. Ordered the Big Carl, and the burger patty tasted like nothing or maybe like cardboard. The bun was soggy around edges. Fries were barely warm. Service was lacking since they were all chatting in the back or on their cell phones. Went there at 630 pm and was the only customer so no excuse for being busy. This was my first visit and don't think I'll be going back.

I have gone to Carl's Jr since forever and have never had a problem. Always fresh and delicious. But last night both my friend and I have developed food poisoning after eating their chicken products. I do love Carl's Jr but after being so sick last night and today, I think I'll stay away for a bit.
