China Ben is a hidden gem! Best Chinese buffet I've had in a long time! The flavors make your taste buds stand up and take notice. At China Ben they care about quality in every dish. It's a smaller selection than the more common buffets in Red Deer but the desserts are way better. There was pecan pie, which is a personal favorite. IMO It is the best buffet in town! Don't just take my word for it get ur butt up there urself! Get there early cut it fills up fast.

They used to be delicious but not now rice is gross. The sweet and sour pork is disgusting grisly never will I order from them again gross

Usually better than it was. One waitress not up to par. Egg roll all batter no sprouts.
Very disappointing, huge chicken balls with tiny little piece of chicken. Sweet sour pork was deep fried gristle.Deep fried pieces of fat I guess was supposed to be pork. Other items below average as well

Three of us had their supper buffet about 3 weeks ago .Variety of food was limited and not very tasty .Ginger beef was like chewing on a old leather belt .In my opinion much better places for Chinese for the price. Will never go back
