We went for lunch on Tuesday and it wasn't busy. Quick service and the food was delicious. We got chicken skins, duck wings, boar/elk burger and Korean pork belly bowl. The duck wings were definitely the highlight for me but all the food was exceptional.

They made zero accommodations to my dietary restrictions (only gluten) and made it very difficult to see they don’t support gluten allergies at all (and wouldn’t).
Don’t bother coming here if you have dietary restrictions.

We went for the fish and chips last night for dinner. The portion was plenty and the fish was done perfect. I think the fries are fresh cut and not greasy. I love crème brûlée and have had it many times, Cilantro and Chive is one of the best I have ever had. Our waitress Amanda was amazing, she was so personal and attentive. She was busy and took the time to talk to us. We will be back!

First time going for me and my husband and OMG soo good. We ordered 3 meals and shared them because we wanted to try a bunch of stuff and don't live close by. The 'Berta burger, which is the burger of the month, was to die for!! I also ordered another to take with me. We also had the bison-boar burger and it was good. Then there was the jalapeño bacon mac and cheese 🤤, it was soo good. It wasn't like a milky cheese sauce, it was like cheese and the bacon and jalapeños were throughout the whole dish not just on top. Then we ordered the pumpkin cheesecake dessert (to share) and it was perfection! It was light and creamy and the perfect amount of pumpkin and spice and cheesecake. And they also had trivia card game on every table. I would 100% go back! Only downside was that it was a little cold.

After a long busy day I thought I would treat myself to a meal from this restaurant. I ordered a smash burger with fries and asked for extra gravy. In a few minutes my take out order was handed to me. When I got home I realized why it was so quick. The fries were cold and had been cooked earlier and just reheated. They were so dry they broke like match sticks. I thought if I put gravy on them they might soften up but when I opened the gravy there was about two tablespoons of gravy that was ice cold and congealed. It literally just plopped out like jello. The burger was no better. It was warm but definitely over cooked and very dry. I called to complain and spoke with a manager who clearly sounded like she did not believe a word I said. She said she was the one who handed me my order. She offered to refund me for my meal. After a trip back the next day a different lady approached me and when I said why I was there she returned with a cash refund. I thanked her for the return and she asked what was wrong with the order. I repeated what I originally told the manager. I got the same response. Disbelief and was told “that’s strange” we served many smash burgers last night and no one complained. Talk about insulting. Needless to say I would never return or suggest to anyone else to eat there. A bad meal can happen, (although it was a terrible meal) but being made to feel that I lied to get a refund was beyond insulting.

Our first time here and wasn’t impressed. It’s pretty cool place, I loved those designs with doors and windows around, but menu and food wasn’t great. I wanted to get salmon risotto and they were out, instead I got kale chicken Caesar and I didn’t really like it. Chicken was way too dry, tiny portion of salad and lots of croutons. Wouldn’t order again. My friend ordered Sirracha Chicken Mac and cheese and it was decent, but it was cold. He got Diet Coke for drink and there wasn’t even one re-fill, 4$ for tiny glass. Menu was full of meat and burgers, so if you have food restrictions, I wouldn’t choose this place, decent place just not for us

Good food and atmosphere still, I enjoyed it, especially for the price point. But I would lay out a cautionary tale, it lost some of the luster and vibe I felt in the original spot years ago. It's tough keeping the vibe alive as a restaurant matures, and this one is by no means bad or disappointing, it's just not as cool as it was originally.
