Great good and great atmosphere

Service so slow almost brought the plates back ourselves. Also never got a bill until we got fed up and went to pay without one. Don't go here not the same as it used to be no one is nice and just rush you along

They do not know how to make a skillet. My daughter’s food was unsatisfactory due to sour/expired yogurt, so she ordered something else. My friend’s food was not prepared right (egg), and was not offered syrup on her French toast. Like what? The waitresses were so unfriendly and not apologetic to my daughter for disgusting food. The initial waitress asked us if we were finished eating because our plates were empty, but she just walked away. Like um… what? Way overpriced for everything. The waitresses need heavy duty help if they want return customers.

Waitress was so quiet and seemed inattentive to her guests . I asked for a Pepsi and it came in a can , usually not a big deal but the Pepsi tasted soooooo flat and stale . Friend's daughter got some type of smoothie bowl and the yoghurt was so FOUL and sour . When we tried getting the attention of our waitress she slowly picked up that dish and looked and a manager and just said “sour?” She did not seem concerned at ALL . The *who I’m assuming is the* manager presented with a similar attitude . Not rude directly but no care for customer satisfaction. Not even an “oh I’m sorry let me get you a new dish” or anything at all . They seem annoyed people are here . I’m sad because food and service quality have gone waaaaaaaaayyyy down

Excellent food, a bit pricey

Best place ever

Food is decent. Sometimes there isn't a lot of variety in the fresh fruit. Very costly especially for smoothies and specialty coffee. Although the waitresses are always pleasant, service is lacking as I have never had a refill on my drink/coffee and have to stand at the register to get the bill to pay.

Expensive drinks, hard to get refills. Bacon so skinny you can hardly taste it portion sizes much smaller then they used to be but prices way up.
