Amazing flavor in a perfectly seasoned and smoked brisket!! Many try(myself included) but come short of the tender, flavorful bite!!

Booked a Texas BBQ for a U15 hockey team on 5 days notice. Aaron was amazingly helpful and accommodating despite the really short notice on a long weekend. Food was absolutely amazing and Aaron went above and beyond! One of the adults commented that they lived in Texas for a few years and this was far and away the best Texas BBQ they ever had. Will recommend to everyone I know!!

Vegetarian options: Great coleslaw, baked beans, and corn bread

Kid-friendliness: Team of 13/14 year old kids and they loved it! It was very quiet where they were eating because they were too busy eating and enjoying the food to talk!

Absolutely delicious! We chose CraddyShack to cater our wedding, we wanted something different and fun and of course delicious and Aaron and his staff did not disappoint. Not only was the food an absolute hit with the guests, but the staff were equally amazing. My husband worked in Texas for years and he knew he wanted southern bbq for dinner, as I’m sure you can imagine finding good southern bbq in Alberta was challenging, until we found Aaron. The brisket was amazing, the chicken was top notch and the guests a week later have still not stopped messaging me about how amazing the food was. Thank you so much Aaron, you truly are an amazing chef and service provider! The food truck is beautiful!

The bonus part of it all was Aaron made sure we had food to take home with us even after everyone was stuffed full, the portion sizes left no one hungry after.

An essential pit stop at westerner days or the farmers market. Good portions. The loaded fries and brisket are amazing! I will be back to try the pulled pork first chance I get.

I have tried plenty of BBQ places and none of them compare to this place. It was the best brisket I have ever had. Aaron and his team kept us well fed while we bartended at the Ponoka Stampede and everything we tried was so delicious. I’m definitely going to find this truck again when I’m back in Red Deer. Thanks Craddy and Uncle Tomahawk for keeping us sated while we were slinging drinks ❤️
