They forgot to give us a fork for the poutine; luckily I checked everything before we left. Poutine and double cheeseburger was good, but my crispy chicken mayo burger was very sad looking.

The food was not great. The fries tasted old and were very very oversalted. There was a long wait and the cone we ordered was forgotten until we reminded them. The dining room had a lot of loud disruptive people in it. We ended up taking everything to go because we just weren't comfortable.

4 young people working front and only 1 doing their job. The rest gossiping and the one lady too busy flirting with her (assuming) boyfriend who was at the front the whole duration that we were there. Took the kids out for dinner and stood in an empty line for a few minutes before the young man asked if we were helped. Ordered and got the food. Went back up after to get my kids their ice cream cones and stood there for 10 minutes with no one in line and not an ounce of acknowledgement. The young man was busy running around getting ice creams and such for drive thru. . 3 ladies just standing there gossiping and whispering to one another. Not the first time we had issues with service when it’s just a bunch of kids working. But will be the last as we have no intentions on ever returning to that location.

One of the worst experience ever I had here because I am a Uber Driver I do a Uber eats a lot of times and when i came over here I have ordered about a drink but the service girl I don’t know her name But seriously she need a bag for a drink. Wow what a girl then see give me a drink in my hand. I don’t know why like she did not give me an Trey lol one of the worst service ever I saw in my life over here. I never recommend anyone to came in this Dairy Queen.

We tried to make an order at 10:15pm, the cashier working the window said she didn’t want to make a chicken order as the closed in 15 minutes we were about to spend at least $70 with them, I know if Hamills found out they would be very unhappy and as an owner of a local business and money is money weather your staff want to make the meal or not. Ridiculous in my books!

Every single time when I go to pick up skip order, they always mess up with the order. It is from last 2 times. They always forget something such as forget drinks or ice cream and when I handed out to the customer then customer give me bad reviews. Why your crew members do that every single time??? I always ask them while picking up such as that’s all and the girls always said yes. But why and how you can mess up with the orders???????
