These poor workers have to deal with less then a skeleton crew as they cant even keep up with the orders coming in, completely unprofessional and they should consider closing the location if they cant afford additional crew members despite having so many people ordering as I shouldn't have to make reservations to order at a dairy queen.

I ordered 2 wraps tonight, and each one had HALF A STRIP ON IT! No, this isn't an extra small chicken strip- they literally RIPPED a single strip in half and split it between my two wraps. It was freezing cold which tells me the kitchen was too lazy to make a fresh batch of strips, and only had one left, so they ripped it in half and split it between two wraps. This DQ has gone so down hill I used to eat here all the time :(

I've been stuck in Red Deer a couple days now and have a couple more at least due to needing the hospital. The team here is amazing. Great people. Great food. If you're polite they have parking available for a tractor during the day just please support the business. I also saw a sign about longer term parking passes. Don't park overnight. Dq was my safe place and my first real job in highschool in another town. Now almost 20 years later they're my safe place again. Ty.

Walked out before ordering. No one acknowledged me. Plus there cheese burger deal " was not available" but it was available at another store??? How can it not be available? Wouldn't that mean you are out of beef? All the other burgers were still on the menu.

Worst crispy chicken ranch wrap ever! Ordered 2 and notice they were really skinny. No wonder, there was basically no lettuce and the smallest chicken strip I’ve ever seen. Terrible. Noticed when I was too far away. Probably too lazy to open a new bag after running out. Bought Tuesday, October 8, 2024 @ about 2pm.

The food wasn't too bad, I guess. The fries were at best Luke warm, and my gravy had been heated in the microwave with the plastic lid on it. I'm not saying I wouldn't go back here, because I will, but maybe in the afternoon. The staff is friendly and everything was quick

Went to get blizzards, got home and 2 out of my 4 blizzards had nothing in them. I’m usually never one to complain about things like this but come on you pay almost $8 for a blizzard. I called the store to let them know and the guy on the phone was rude and basically called me a liar. He took my information down because I asked for a refund and he said management would call me and I haven’t received any calls. By far the worst customer service and Dairy Queen in this town. Will never be back
Can’t give a 0 so put a 1 star, couldn't hear anything the workers were saying, two blonde girls were messing around at the window when we got to it. Zero communication when they were taking our payment. Didn’t say a single word actually, not even a have a good day. At least the food was edible.

The order came to over $4.00 and there was virtually nothing in the container What a rip off……won’t happen twice !
The young gal was so kind to us and apologized saying they've had a lot of complaints about it

Food was good but in how they make it. They just used bare hands, not using any gloves disgusting. Not even using hairnets! Alberta health can you handle this kind of fast food so inappropriate
