Very slow service in drive-through. Waited over 25 minutes for a blizzard. Staff was very slow at serving and did not smile and was very cold. Not a very good experience. I would not recommend going there.

I only ever get blizzards, and the only ask I have is that the spoon is on the side, not inserted into the blizzards as I stick them straight into the freezer when I get home and, trust me, that doesn't work well when you're ready to eat and the plastic spoon is frozen in there like a blizzardsicle. And yet, only once has that wish been followed, at another location. This location, the closest I got was the girl setting the two blizzards in front of me at the same time as remembering the request, and she ripped the spoons (with a gob of ice cream on each) out of the cups and straight into the trash. It's such a small thing, but for the price of these blizzards, it hurt a bit to see those gobs of money get thrown away. So I started asking for no spoon, and yet I keep getting spoons stuck into the cups. Whatever, I'll just take them out myself, it's just an extra hassle of clean-up I was purposely trying to avoid.This last time, I decided to experiment and get a strawberry cheesecake blizzard with an added scoop of Oreo (another $1 charge) and I questioned whether it was added since it didn't appear to be any Oreo in there (and I get strawberry cheesecake frequently, I know what it looks like). Girl assured me that it should be in there, it just gets diluted. Okay, I'll trust you, except then when I'm eating, there's definitely no Oreo. The only reason I go to this location is that it's closest to home and I don't drive, so time is very important in getting it into the freezer as soon as possible. Blizzards are still pretty good so that gets some stars, but everything else sinks it.

I was there two days in a row yesterday I asked for a rolo blizzard the whole blizzard I counted maybe 7 rolo pieces, TODAY I just ordered asked for a turtle blizzard leave the drive through and it’s toffee. Are you kidding me skor? I don’t know I’m just irritated smh

I went inside to order a cake and some food to take out. When I got inside no body greeted me and the two girls at the front were ignoring me even though I was just in front of the till. I had to say “Hi! Can I order?” Then, the girl who took my order didn’t say hi to me at all which it was so mean and rude in my opinion!Too bad I didn’t get their names but I will next time if I end up going to this location again. I usually go to the north side but it was closed so this location was my other choice which is too bad be honest because I didn’t get a good customer experience all because of those two girls. Also, when one of the girls gave me the order I said “ Thank you!” But she didn’t say thank you back to me.

Picked up 2 Value Meals To go...to take home for dinner. They were horrible!. The fries were limp and cold. The burger had a stale bun, a burned hamburger and it tasted like cardboard.
I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and my chicken is dry and burnt like how would you be satisfied with giving a customer their food like that. And also I sat in the drive through at the window for almost half an hour watching my food sit there and not being brought to me once it was all finished like it’s called fast food for a reason. Worst service I’ve had from a Dairy Queen

Aside from the snitty girl at the window, it is always a good experience. When we go in itself staff is always great. I have frequently gotten the same blonde girl at the drive-through window, and she is never pleasant, I don't think she has a smile mechanism. The food is always cooked perfectly. I paid for ice cream and not received it, my son was very upset both times its happened and we ended up going somewhere else to replace it on the way home. It is fairly clean, and they do a good job of keeping the next-door neighbors out of the store. My wife WILL NOT go alone because of the people outside the store, however.
