Workers arent aware of orders and arent working, i waited 20 minutes to find out the receipt didnt get printed. And in return i only got a free sundae. Huge waste of time.

They kicked my friend out for being “too close” to the cash register. He’s 10… Then started hurling at his cousins for doing nothing. Also the manager guy who was the one being rude and yelling has huge stinky sweat stains on his armpits. Not to mention that he yells and mistreats his teenage employees. Will never be going again.

I am extremely disappointed with the amount of disrespect customers face at this location. Me and my family often come here and now we don’t plan on doing so. I had come with my cousin who is new to Red Deer and is a CHILD. He was standing and waiting for them to take our order and was just right near where they keep the cash register and out of nowhere an employee who I assume is the manager, as he was like 50 years old and a bit overweight, started yelling at him and told him to get out of the restaurant if I can even call this place that. Not to mention they literally decreased their size to accommodate for a vape store 🙄. Then instead of taking OUR order, keep in mind we did LITERALLY NOTHING, he starts ranting in our faces and telling us how he was going to call the police and how he would’ve stolen stuff or whatever. I believe this to be utmost racism as Timmy tough knuckles here automatically assumed he was going to steal just because he’s not white and doesn’t look his age. I won’t be coming here to be yelled at by some overweight wanna be cool guy.

They yelled at my 10 year old cousin for slightly stepping over the counter and also kicked him out the store, he also said to get out of his city and to never come back. He also said “ he should know better”. The place was also quite dirty and the fries were very salty and gross. I do not recommend this place and don't ever want to come back. The managers name is Alex.

If you close at 10PM, put 10PM on Google, not 10:30. Not good to go there at 10PM to say on the door you have to come back in a car to go through drive thru.

I’m writing this disappointing experience with this DQ store yesterday. I ordered a Blizzard cake and specifically requested that the birthday message be written in two-tone lettering.

When I picked up the cake, I noticed that the message was not done in two-tone as requested. I politely brought this to the staff who give my order (an older south east asian lady not sure if she is supervisor). She responded rudely, stating that I should have ordered ahead of time and that it couldn’t be done because they were too busy — as if a simple customer request was an inconvenience. The lettering wasn’t complex; it merely involved tracing with a second color.

We always purchased cakes from this store in many occasions, and this is the first time we've encountered such poor customer service. I was disappointed by how my concern was handled and felt completely dismissed and disrespected.

Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression, and I do not plan on returning to this location.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issue to ensure other customers don’t have a similar experience. Her behavior sets a poor example for the younger staff members working there.

Was there a few days ago and I have to say was VERY disappointed. Alex was berating his workers in front of other co workers as well as customers. Very unprofessional as well as disrespectful.

Asked for a cookie dough blizzard… got not even ONE PIECE of cookie dough in the whole blizzard!!!! 😡 So expensive . If I wanted a cup of vanilla ice cream, I would have asked for a cup of vanilla ice cream! So disappointed.

Apparently when you order 6 tender and fries they don’t put enough fries to fully cover the bottom of the box. Not to mention these are the tiniest strips I have ever seen basically 1.5 bites each.
