If you close at 10PM, put 10PM on Google, not 10:30. Not good to go there at 10PM to say on the door you have to come back in a car to go through drive thru.

Was looking for the $1.49 soft icecream as advertised on radio and was not offer this option. Icecream come was close to $5 not even a large

I’m writing this disappointing experience with this DQ store yesterday. I ordered a Blizzard cake and specifically requested that the birthday message be written in two-tone lettering.

When I picked up the cake, I noticed that the message was not done in two-tone as requested. I politely brought this to the staff who give my order (an older south east asian lady not sure if she is supervisor). She responded rudely, stating that I should have ordered ahead of time and that it couldn’t be done because they were too busy — as if a simple customer request was an inconvenience. The lettering wasn’t complex; it merely involved tracing with a second color.

We always purchased cakes from this store in many occasions, and this is the first time we've encountered such poor customer service. I was disappointed by how my concern was handled and felt completely dismissed and disrespected.

Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression, and I do not plan on returning to this location.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issue to ensure other customers don’t have a similar experience. Her behavior sets a poor example for the younger staff members working there.

Visit this location often, and always have great service. The manager (Adam or Alex) does a great job keeping the young staff members on task. The other guy also helps me with the app. Well done guys

Was there a few days ago and I have to say was VERY disappointed. Alex was berating his workers in front of other co workers as well as customers. Very unprofessional as well as disrespectful.

Asked for a cookie dough blizzard… got not even ONE PIECE of cookie dough in the whole blizzard!!!! 😡 So expensive . If I wanted a cup of vanilla ice cream, I would have asked for a cup of vanilla ice cream! So disappointed.

Apparently when you order 6 tender and fries they don’t put enough fries to fully cover the bottom of the box. Not to mention these are the tiniest strips I have ever seen basically 1.5 bites each.

Picked up a cheese burger meal. Got home and saw no fries. :(
So $12 for just a burger

I usually have no issues with this location. However, the last time I was there it was so busy. Longest wait times I've ever seen. I felt so bad for the younger staff busting their butts off as the older staff members yelled at them INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS. As an almost 40 year old I did not appreciate that at all and they did not deserve to be treated that way. As far as I'm concerned the older workers should be disciplined.

There was a extremely cute girl with blonde hair

Unfortunately we had to wait 20 minutes after ordering in the drive thru. Ordered at 4:42 with only 2 vehicles in front of us. Got our food at 5:02. The burgers were hot and tasty but the blizzard was melting on the top.
