This one and timberstone are the 2 in red deer that won't customize your burger how you want it. Great if you like things how they are on the menu but not if you wish to add things to your burger and make it improved. ( could be just the staff at that time of visit but tried twice and got told they couldn't add things that weren't already on the burger, only take items off)

Waited 15 minutes for one chicken wrap while my burger was sitting on the counter waiting. By the time the chicken was ready the burger was cold. Bad experience.

I had the opportunity to dine here and it was an excellent experience, the staff is very friendly, always with a gentle smile, despite being a chain restaurant it definitely feels like dining at home, I was able to personalize my Blizzard without any problem, without a doubt a highly recommended place.

Standard dairy queen. Ordered for adult daughter and 2 granddaughters and they messed up one of the orders. They did correct their mistake but took their time doing it. Overall nothing significantly good or bad.
2 cold cheeseburgers for 6 bucks, definitely won't visit again.

This Dairy Queen was clean, carried proper plastic spoons and straws, and best of all, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and competent in creating great food! They were happy to accomodate any ice cream customizations we asked for, and the lady that helped us at the counter, Megan S, made sure the order was correct when there was a misunderstanding with the folks making our food. She even helped show me how to scan my receipt later to get the rewards since I forgot my phone in the car. She said she downloaded the app just to show customers how easy it is to get all the rewards. That is top notch service. I visit Dairy Queen all over western Canada. I am a lover of ice cream and DQ is my favorite. This is the best location I have had the pleasure of stopping at in the last 10 years. I even had a friendly chat with the owner. I had to tell him how impressed I was with the service his staff provided my family and I. Very well done!!

Very small portions compared to other DQs, and for the price, dont get much, whipped cream was runny and not good either, ill stick with the other DQs in town.
