Only Dairy Queen in Alberta that charges you extra for flame dipping sauce when you order a chicken strips basket. They don’t tell you about the extra fee when you order . Only after you pay and you realized you were charged on the receipt for it. I’ll never come back to this location again.

Been months and the bathrooms are still sketchy lol that toilet shouldn’t shake that much. Food definitely isn’t as good as it used to be.

Very disappointing to pay $9 for a blizzard and it’s not even full to the top of the cup at least 1/2” from the top. Not blended well and bottom was just ice cream with no flavor mix in it. When it was presented to us and turned upside down it dripped on the ground.

Just ordered a burger and fries.
They were both slightly heated up from I would guess food they made yesterday. Threw it away. Money well spent. I suggest to spend your money elsewhere.

Always clean dining room. Didn't get served immediately. 2 in drive thru 2 in restaurant eating. Always love burger deals when on. Grabbed two cheese burger for $6. Food hot n neat! Not sloppy like some other burger joints

Whoever made the oreo cheesecake blizzard order count your days. We ordered two and mine didn't have cheesecake. How do you screw up that bad, I want my cheesecake. Skip the dishes delivered and I was excited for my oreo CHEESECAKE and only got oreo(barely any btw)Count. Your. Days.

What is with red deer dairy queens. Charge more for the cheap meals then anywhere and charge for a dip that every other store doesn’t. $9 for the cheeseburger meal and $10 for the 3 pc chicken strip meal. But the gravy is a dip choice but charge $1.90 for it. It’s free everywhere else and 2.38 for the zesty queso that everyone else calls a dip. But only in red deer do they charge extra. Never going back to either Dairy Queen. Bad service. Boo. Not good.

Service is pretty slow, food is pricey

Kurt was able to fulfill my customized blizzard request so I had more strawberry chunks. Made the experience so much better ! Thanks Kurt !

The ice from here is always good but the last two visits I have been always shorted on the chicken strip baskets will be going to other locations as quality is also lacking .

The ice cream machine was broken, at a dairy queen....... what the heck?

The food is good, the staff is good. Service is quick.Not a place I would go in the evenings with the kids to dine in. Not the stores fault, just the area.
