Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went to Dairy Queen the last couple nights. Got bad service both times. The cashiers weren’t friendly. Gave my mom and I dirty looks. We’re very rude about telling us they were closing the one night. Asked for a blizzard tonight that they didn’t have. Asked if they could recommend something similar they said no. Said they had everything for the Superman blizzard besides the cake batter. That’s like 95% of the blizzard? Went in another night and they didn’t have another product I asked for. What’s with advertising something you have no inventory for? Not impressed with this location going to start going to the south side Dairy Queen in red deer

The employee this evening in the drive-thru was cranky especially after we asked for a napkin with our ice cream. I appreciated the single napkin. What happened to customer service? The Blizzard was also like water tonight...should have asked for a straw.

It's a burger joint

Extreemly slow service. Microwaved burgers. Zero communication among staff. Wannabe be internet influencers working for just a pay cheque.

Ordered a litre of soft ice cream at the drive thro'. $7.35 and wondering why all the others only charge $7.00. May not seem like much but 35 cents times how many dozen customers is lots. I will keep going to Deer Park. They treat me good and price is better.

Worst DQ location I’ve ever been to. Screwed up my order twice and kept giving me attitude and being very rude and disrespectful. Then continued to say I was wrong. Wont be going back to this location again. Manager needs a reality check and be a bit nicer to the customer.

If you're going to have the most expensive ice cream in town then I would expect at least that your cones shouldn't be as stale as they are. C'mon DQ get your act together

Reinzo Josh Mabborang is the bread and butter of this establishment. His burger flipping skills are top notch and always makes the food full of love. The interior is also very nice and clean.

I usually don’t mind waiting a little, but this time was frustrating. I had to wait over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment or update, which felt like I was being completely ignored. No one said anything, no apology, nothing. If your service is running behind, just communicate—it makes a big difference. Sadly, this kind of service makes me think twice about coming back.

Only Dairy Queen in Alberta that charges you extra for flame dipping sauce when you order a chicken strips basket. They don’t tell you about the extra fee when you order . Only after you pay and you realized you were charged on the receipt for it. I’ll never come back to this location again.

Been months and the bathrooms are still sketchy lol that toilet shouldn’t shake that much. Food definitely isn’t as good as it used to be.

Very disappointing to pay $9 for a blizzard and it’s not even full to the top of the cup at least 1/2” from the top. Not blended well and bottom was just ice cream with no flavor mix in it. When it was presented to us and turned upside down it dripped on the ground.

Just ordered a burger and fries.
They were both slightly heated up from I would guess food they made yesterday. Threw it away. Money well spent. I suggest to spend your money elsewhere.

Always clean dining room. Didn't get served immediately. 2 in drive thru 2 in restaurant eating. Always love burger deals when on. Grabbed two cheese burger for $6. Food hot n neat! Not sloppy like some other burger joints
