The food at DQ is always decent, but my visit today was unacceptable.First, ordering a #1 combo was $14.Upon receiving my order, I requested 1x package of mayo, to which the clerk started punching buttons on the till, "oh that's extra" he says.I said "I just spent $14 for a burger and fries, and you can't give me 1x package of mayo???"Needless to say I didn't pay for mayo. The most disgusting thing about my visit was that I was unable to dine in and ENJOY my meal due to a very strong smell of raw sewage coming from the back kitchen door area and washrooms.After nearly throwing up trying to get out of there, I will warn EVERYONE I meet about this location to NOT come here.I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with my visit, and will NOT be returning.

Not one to share a negative review or even complain about a place unless the service is far below acceptable. Which today was definitely terrible service. As my girlfriend ate her blizzard we realized it was made with a dirty cup and strange taste inside which was not the chosen blizzard flavor. When I politely asked for a replacement the worker was immediately rude and upset about it telling me they would olny replace it with a snack size blizzard and would not listen to customer trying to explain I just wanted the proper blizzard with a clean cup and proper size. This was at 7:30 Dec 12th.

The last several times I go in to get a brownie cupfection they are always out of brownies! I have yet to try one. I would suggest either remove it from your menu or hire someone who actually understands inventory forecasting.

You guys must be having a hard time with staff or is this the usual. The Burger I received was overloaded with Mayo and ketchup. A very soggy bun smushy Burger and thanks for forgetting napkins and ketchup for fries.ps. Please don't send one of those copy paste, we're so sorry, cuz it's all the same. You aren't very sorry, are you broken, you guys need to clean up your act and be real with your customers!have a wonderful evening...

The worst DQ in Red Deer. I try not to go here and today I was reminded why. Slow service but also rude. If the people working at least smiled and were nice, the wait wouldn't be so bad. We went in and weren't even acknowledged, so went through the drive thru, and the older lady was especially rude. Then when I asked for extra sauce on my wrap she said that's an extra charge?! Lol. I work in customer service too. At least pretend you don't hate your job!
