The 2 for $8 cheeseburger promotion initially brought me to DQ, but since it’s over I’m not interested in their $10 burgers.

Parking: It’s not an ideal location as far finding it on the first trip, so don’t trust Apple Maps. It almost took me out of the city on a countryside cruise.

The staff made minimal effort to assist me with the DQ app. as I blindly tried to make an order.
Then she walked away as
I stood there lost and frustrated.
Shame on you DQ your app in NOT working to show barcodes and is not user friendly.

I was in last Friday and had a blizzard and an ice cream. Charlie served us and he was fantastic at his job. He aas Polite, hard working and came to check and see if we needed anything else after delivering the treats to our table. Great service from this young man. Keep up the great work.

The first time we went (drive through) I had a blizzard that was supposed to be chocolatey (like other dairy queens) but this one was just about completely white with barely any flavour ingredients (and the guy in there (I think he’s the owner) gives you the eye as if you’re doing something wrong, it’s weird) Gave it a second chance to see if it was a one off but got the same thing - a flavour ingredient lacking cup of white ice cream :| And the one my son ordered had STALE ingredients so straight to the GARBAGE it went. What a total waste of money. Sorry guys, I only work on 2 strikes - see ya! I’ll be driving across town to go to another DQ in the future.

Not the best onion rings over cooked like almost burnt taste . Burger was not hot . And the best ... HAIR in milkshake . Yuck . Not happy at all . Went there before major dental surgery do was a let down . And for the price do not worth it . 32.00 later ?

Rude staff, 6 employees and they still forgot to put the burgers in the bag. No apology for missing half the order. Lost all business.
