Manager working till frowning. I said you don't look happy to be here. He said why you say that. He had the most miserable look I've seen, not friendly at all. He replied oh well this is how I look. Really!! Get a job you like,or at least don't deal with the public

I bought a Valentine's cake and asked for a pup cup for my dog. They charged me $1.75 for the pup cup, which only had about 2 tbsp of ice cream.
Everytime I come to this Dairy Queen it’s a disappointment. They always mess up our order. The young ladies who work there always seem to have an attitude. Very bad customer service.

The 2 for $8 cheeseburger promotion initially brought me to DQ, but since it’s over I’m not interested in their $10 burgers.
Parking: It’s not an ideal location as far finding it on the first trip, so don’t trust Apple Maps. It almost took me out of the city on a countryside cruise.

The staff made minimal effort to assist me with the DQ app. as I blindly tried to make an order.

Shame on you DQ your app in NOT working to show barcodes and is not user friendly.

I was in last Friday and had a blizzard and an ice cream. Charlie served us and he was fantastic at his job. He aas Polite, hard working and came to check and see if we needed anything else after delivering the treats to our table. Great service from this young man. Keep up the great work.
