We were driving home to Edmonton and stopped to have a late lunch , very disappointed what we experienced here! The food had run out except on a few items and for what you paid for there is not that great of a selection. The atmosphere didn't seem customer oriented. It felt like I was getting hustled. Low quality food not a good selection with a real impersonal feeling. All that only cost $127 and only 4 of the five people had food the other was so disappointed that she just had icecream and the still charged full price. If you want to throw your money to the wind this is the place to go.

Great food, always hot at the buffet. It is our favourite place to go for a weekend buffet. Tons to choose from, I personally prefer the lunch one, but my wife absolutely loves seafood, so the dinner buffet is more for her. I also sometimes get takeout, and the new bags they use, that are insulated, are a wonderful idea!

We stopped by Dragon City Buffet when we were visiting Sylvan Lake, and it turned out to be a really pleasant surprise.
The price is very reasonable, especially for kids. Children usually don’t eat that much, so the pricing feels fair and family-friendly.
The place is not very big, but the food is tasty and the quality truly matches the price. My wife and kids really enjoyed it, which matters a lot to us when traveling as a family.
Honestly, I find the food here better than many Chinese buffet or Chinese dishes I’ve tried in Edmonton. Simple, affordable, and satisfying. We would definitely stop by again when passing through Red Deer.

Absolutely Disgusting! Total waste of time and money!Would have given big fat Zero. If possible! We should have read the previous reviews first and saved us the pain and suffering of the god awful meal. We went there for lunch and once we were sat down at table #4, we never seen them again. They did not even come back to fill up our water or ask how we were enjoying the food. (They probably already knew the answer!) From the first bite to the last bite was totally tasteless. The Hot and Sour Soup was burnt and the Wonton Soup tasted like they just added hot water to the Wontons, No Broth! Ginger Pork?, seriously! Little pieces of rubber disguised in a tasteless reheated sauce. The Fried Chicken that most places get right was tasteless and dried out. Obviously, yesterday's left overs and reheated and over done. Basically everything was overcooked, tasteless, dried out or burnt! Even their brownie desert was pasty and not cooked. I could hardly wait to get home and brush my teeth to get the awful taste out of my mouth! Will never be back. Time for them to CLOSE THEIR DOORS!

I’m disabled and rely on a mobility scooter. The staff seated my wife and I conveniently at a table close to the buffet and washroom. Staff and patrons were wonderful and courteous but most of all the food was awesome and very affordable. Looking forward to going back!!

We stopped here for supper this evening since we happened to be in Red Deer and haven’t been to this restaurant in a while. We have visited a few times in the past and really enjoyed it. This time, however; as soon as I started eating my first plate, the food was completely unappetizing. It seemed to be old, or overcooked, which is surprising seeing how it was also fairly busy. It just wasn’t good at all. I went up for a second plate and ended up just grabbing a cream puff dessert. I didn’t want to formerly complain, but I planned on letting them know that something seemed off with the food tonight. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to comment because when we were paying we weren’t even asked how everything was. We have both felt extremely icky all evening and even as we lay in bed we’re both commenting how uncomfortable we’re feeling. We likely won’t return again because of this experience.
