I have known that family for a very long time. It's a very happening place in red deer, service is great music is great and customers are all very congenial. I would go there for a brew and food even if I didn't know the owners.
I have been going to the Thursday night summer barbecue several times each summer for 6 years. Meal is excellent, steak is cooked the way I order it, staff is friendly and helpful, price is very reasonable, and bonus - popcorn is free.
Good pub with good service, food & drinks! Service was top notch. I must add that it was packed to the rafters, screaming busy with an Oilers game going on!
Servicers pay special hawk-eye attention to keeping drinks refreshed! That's what I consider to be an art when it's a full house! Wings were great too, crispy, seasoned perfectly and served freshly hot outta the kitchen! Can't beat that! We had a good time, will be back for sure.
