Great place for lunch

Atrocious service. Traveling, looking for something that's not burger or pizza, I called them at 930 to ask if they'd take my order so I could get it made before their posted closing time of 10pm, and told them I'd be there by 955. They refused to take my order, citing their reason to be a big rush of people, all still waiting to get their orders.
I rushed over there to make an order in person, and arrived at 955 to find the door locked with staff cleaning up around the 10 people inside still eating.
I called them again and the lady said they actually close at 955. My objection to this and each successive excuse, was only met by more excuses and the goalposts changing again and again.
Terrible way to run a business. Even government employees keep the doors open until the posted time.

Always been a favorite place of mine! Weird it took me so long to review it. Just, in general, I like the sinplicity of ordering, the variety of meals available, the serving portions relative to price, and the experience the staff often create.

Not sure what's happening at this Edo ... Ordered from skip, I got a beef n chicken Bento with cold chicken and rice with no beef... My kids sushi was all pushed up against the wasabi. All the sushi was barely rolled and totally fell apart when you picked it up. I'm done ordering here until they sort things out, it used to be the best Edo in town...

Wonderful clean Edo. They did a great job and service was quick.

Daughter gives this Edo 5 stars. Says it’s the best she’s ever had. She ordered beef yakisoba with her beef, broccoli and sauce separate from noodles. Came perfectly as ordered fresh and a large portion size for a kid.

This place used to be my favourite place to eat….until they got rid of their smoked salmon, now I refuse to eat here

Can we get a petition to bring back the smoked salmon? Power to the people!

This sadly isn't the first time this has happened at Edo, same experience different location. 2 minutes shy of half an hour to get food. If you're ordering Sushi, don't just walk in and order. Unfortunately the food isn't worth preordering, there are better places for Sushi if you're going to plan for it

My friend and I stopped in to get a late night bite. I ordered the chicken and Shrimp with extra veggies. We took our food to go, as soon as we left they locked the doors behind us. I checked my food as I got in the car and they never gave me the shrimp for the chicken and shrimp. I understand I should have checked before leaving BUT it was also what I had ordered on their screen. It was too late to go back as they had locked the doors.

For a quick in and out lunch that has flavor and taste. You won't go wrong here. Friendly staff, ample seating, it's a great place for a bite.
