Edo Japan - Bower Place - Grill and Sushi

I am a regular customer of this establishment and have never had any problems. But today my order was given to someone else. The service staff reacted to my remarks rudely, covered my mouth and did not let me say a word! We had to wait another 15 minutes for the order. I will not go to this institution again!! I do not recommend. The service staff do not know how to communicate!!

Service so slow food is not that good they serve half of food and we wait more than 15 minutes for other half so I don’t recommend this place they need to be improved service and quality of food

My daughter asked if she could have a napkin..and the lady asked if we bought anything from here. My daughter replied o and the lady said we couldn't have a.napkin. and to go back to the place she bought her food. From.. what an absolute joke ... over a napkin.. you should be ashamed I will never eat at this location again

Ordered a drink and was given something I didn’t ask for. When asking politely if it could be changed or exchanged for something different, the cashier was extremely rude, tried to tell me that’s what I ordered and straight up refused to fix the problem. I love Edo, love their food but this really disappointed me.

This is the only Edo I will go to in Red Deer. The staff are incredible and take my gluten intolerance very seriously and make sure everything is prepped in a clean space. They're always so sweet, funny and kind. Best staff ever ! And they make the food so good and fresh.

Very good food. Nice and fresh. A good alternative to"normal mall food".

This place came recommended to us from others who have eaten here. It was amazing. The food was cooked right in front of us so when we ate it, it was piping hot. The tastes were excellent. There was a good serving of meat and veggies. You can't go wrong here.

This place used to be on my walk to work and I must have eaten there a lot because they commented that they hadn't seen me in a while once. Their staff is great and they have the food to match. It's impressive how they can make food that tastes that good so quickly
