What is normally a great place to have a burger 🍔
Tonight we ordered the mushroom swiss burger and they were super salty. We only wish that if the salt shaker was accidentally dropped on the burger while cooking a new patty should have been cooked up. The salt was thick and crunchy.
Wwe addressed the server when she came around but she was not at all concerned, too bad

Fries were fresh and the burgers were made well. We've all had burgers quickly made, lopsided, without care and it detracts from the meal. The burger I had last night was carefully put together with all the ingredients centered. It really makes a difference and I was impressed. Whoever made my burger last night should get a raise immediate.

I paid$16 for a burger and the paddy was so small it was barely noticeable. I do not know what happened to them but I will not eat here again. Might as well be a McDonald's burger.

Not only is the food consistently great, the service is unbelievable. We come again and again.

Fantastic burgers!

Pretty tasty burgers for being fast food, fries are hit and miss - sometimes they are under cooked and starchy.

Today was my first time at Fatgurger. My burger and shake were awesome. But I was even more so thrilled with the service. I was served by a young gentleman, sorry I did not catch his name, but he was very helpful, polite and provided wonderful customer service. I observed during his downtime that he was quick to pick up a cloth and do some cleaning. It’s just rare to see the younger generation with good work ethic and friendly personality these days, and I very much appreciated it.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at FatBurger. Despite the sizable order I placed, totaling $80, I was met with unprofessional and rude service from a young blonde employee. This behavior continued throughout my interaction, leaving me feeling deeply disappointed, belittled and unheard.

While the wait time was reasonable given the size of the order, the food itself was a major letdown. Upon arriving home, I discovered that my order was soggy and poorly made. The burgers were subpar, the milkshake tasted spoiled and the poutine was lacking in gravy.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed and this was my first time at FatBurger, safe to say I will NOT be returning. I urge you to address the issues with your staff's conduct and food quality.
