oh my what a gem! We weren't sure what we wanted, Bobbi was there to give us suggestions and details on her products. We got some snowcrab and it was delicious, we also got the crab dip (made right there with big chunks of crab meat and so yummy it didn't last long!) Thanks Bobbi for helping us, we still have the Lobster Mac& Cheese to dig into...I am sure it won't disappoint 😋

I’m reading the other reviews and i wish I had their experience. I bought some sashimi salmon awhile ago with my wife and when I got home it tasted EXACTLY like it smelled in the shop, old and rotting seafood. I pan-fried it, hoping to salvage it, but it was no good. I threw out $65 of sashimi salmon and never returned. This isn’t the only place in town for seafood and the other place doesn’t smell like crap and sells fresh, frozen seafood. All the stuff here is thawed and rotting.

I went to this beautiful, locally owned seafood store yesterday and I left with the warmest heart and a bagful of deliciousness! Because I have shopped at this establishment before, I knew the excellent quality of the seafood with very competitive prices. The seafood was only outshined by the excellence of the service and staff! So knowledgeable and kind and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I can’t rave enough about this place. The staff are beyond helpful. So many times I’ve come in asking about varieties of fish I’ve never tried, or how to cook certain things. Prices are commented as “high” in reviews. Which to me is simply, you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for fresh, high quality seafood in Red Deer. This is your spot. Looking for a deal? They have a cooler with fish priced at a bargain. Thank you for giving Red Deer the option of finding lots of great and high quality seafood options.

Do not trust them to get your order in. I ordered 6 lbs of muscles for Christmas Eve. Confirmed that I could pick them up up between 9 and 5. When I got there no muscles. Make the excuse that someone forgot to write it in the book. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call and let me know they wouldn’t have them.Hung up on me when I phoned for an explanation. Ruined my Xmas eve dinner. Terrible customer service. Will never go back.Interesting response. Never did your employee apologize. Simply said that it was not entered in the book on time. Naturally I was upset that I was going to have to scramble on Xmas eve to feed my guests. No remedies were offered. No effort was made to correct the situation. Your employee just hung up. The person trying to pick up the order also said she was rude the whole time he was there. Like I said.We will not be back.
