This is just based on the last 2-3 months. The quality of the burger is not the same. It has been noticeably smaller (the actual patty). This doesn’t seem to be a one off either unfortunately. I have always chosen 5 Guys due to quality for $, but to say I’m not disappointed would be a lie. I’m hoping that things improve as this is the last fast food place I actually like.

There was a young man named Carter he was so polite from ordering food to asking how everything was and have a nice rest of your day at the end. And the whole time with a smile on his face because of him we will definitely be back!

The burger was good, just like at other locations. However, the Coke was flat, and this has been the case every time I’ve visited. I mentioned it to the staff, and they said it’s the default setting, which makes me think they might be cutting costs. The fries were also undercooked.

Because five guys is a franchise the food is always the same. Taste great food was hot. It took 20 minutes for our food to be ready though.
Food was very good, young man taking orders was very good, friendly and efficient. Restaurant was clean.

I arrived here at 8:45, and although the sign says they’re open until 10:00, the tills were already closed and everyone was cleaning. Even after I stood there for over five minutes, no one told me that they were closed. I can’t believe they stopped taking orders an hour and fifteen minutes before closing time.
