Fast and friendly service. My husband's favourite burger, not mine so much. However, I love the amount of fries dished out. Having chosen a new lifestyle (more like it having been chosen for me) I ordered a burger. My husband gently reminded me of the contents. I decided to forgo his reminder and took a second delicious bite(I was starving) but didn't swallow it. I wondered how much they would charge for a substitution of ingredients. With friendly smiles acknowledgement of understanding and smooth swift movements, the substitution was made no questions asked. It was quiet and very clean which made eating all the more enjoyable.

Always a good visit, treat my kids well and refilled the paper and crayons for them. food was great, and lots of extra fries! Only thing that wasn't good was using a paper straw with a milkshake.Kid-friendliness: Paper and crayons, board to hang drawing

FRIENDLIEST STAFF ANYWHERE!!!!!I've been a patron of this Five Guys location since well before the pandemic. Bacon Cheeseburger and fries!! You can order that in so many restaurants, some more expensive and some less.But I defy you to find a fast-food restaurant where you are always greeted so enthusiastically coming AND GOING. The staff make me happy just to be there.We've NEVER had a mistake on an order. The burgers are consistently top-notch, the fries are absolutely wonderful WITHOUT ketchup, and the free peanuts are such a nice touch.The regular-sized portions are generous, and I often have a hard time finishing my meal.Really love these guys and gals!!Parking: LOTS of free parking. Great fun if you want a car picnic
Always wanted to try it and I finally did. Quite enjoyed it. The hamburger was delicious (one of the best I've ever had) and the Cajun fried were yummy. I got the gravy they recommended, but I was disappointed in that. The fries are better without it.
