Forno Seared Striploin
8-ounce hand-cut NY striploin sous vide in truffle butter. Crusting in herbs and seasoning then seared to perfection in the forno oven to your preference. Served with market mushrooms, roasted Parmesan potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.
Tomahawk Dinner (for 4)
A 3-pound bone-in tomahawk prime steak, sous vide in truffle butter, then crusted with herbs and seasonings in the forno oven. This masterpiece is served with starter Caesar salads, oven-roasted Parmesan potatoes, seasonal vegetables, forno roasted market mushrooms for 4, and accompanied by rich peppercorn gravy.
Seared Duck Breast
Canadian duck breast seared and finished in the forno oven served medium rare with house-made sour cherry whiskey sauce with a side of chef's daily pasta and seasonal vegetables.

Fruit of the ocean, spaghettini tossed in a spicy tomato, seafood bisque with calamari, mussels, shrimp, fennel, lemon zest, fresh basil, parsley, and finished with a drizzle of hot chili oil.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Chelsea we had the best service and meal. The portions are very large and we were allowed to split our meal. We had the Chicken Parmesan and it was delicious. The wine suggested by Chelsea was excellent. Highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

My wife and I went to Forno today for a date night. Maryan was our server and she was so delightful! Her positive and sunny attitude really helped to elevate the evening. We decided on 2 appetisers and we each has a pasta dish. The food was amazing! and they were able to accommodate for celiac disease.
I will say, that we didn't need all that food, we ended up taking a lot of our pasta home because we got full on the first course.

We had an exceptional time at Forno! I had a large party reservation for about 30 people. Setting the reservation was easy, and the setup was done by the time I got there to get things ready. We found the staff were extremely receptive to the wishes of the group and were highly flexible throughout our dining experience. Beth was our server and she did an absolutely exceptional job of taking care of our group on a busy night. We're really thankful for the awesome service that...
