Forno Seared Striploin
8-ounce hand-cut NY striploin sous vide in truffle butter. Crusting in herbs and seasoning then seared to perfection in the forno oven to your preference. Served with market mushrooms, roasted Parmesan potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.
Tomahawk Dinner (for 4)
A 3-pound bone-in tomahawk prime steak, sous vide in truffle butter, then crusted with herbs and seasonings in the forno oven. This masterpiece is served with starter Caesar salads, oven-roasted Parmesan potatoes, seasonal vegetables, forno roasted market mushrooms for 4, and accompanied by rich peppercorn gravy.
Seared Duck Breast
Canadian duck breast seared and finished in the forno oven served medium rare with house-made sour cherry whiskey sauce with a side of chef's daily pasta and seasonal vegetables.

Was here with a really large group. We preordered 2 kinds of pasta, Caesar salad and 3 kinds of pizza. They were very accommodating and service was great. Kids seemed to really enjoy all the food. I thought pepperoni pizza was really good.

Nice option if you are in Red Deer for a tournament or with a large group 👍👍

My daughter and I dined-in at Forno before the Tenille Townes concert this evening. Our waitress, Kayla, was friendly and accommodating. We ordered a Caesar salad and the Quattro fromagio pizza to share. Both dishes were delicious. We live 45 minutes south, and are in Red Deer on occasion for errands. We’re adding Forno to our favourite spots to dine. Well done, thank you!

The food here is beautiful! It tastes delicious! Made well! Consistent each time you order it. Full of flavour. Service is prompt and courteous. But, the entire experience isn't very "personal". The seating is crowded and very close to other tables. Zero privacy or room for conversations you don't want everyone else to hear. It's "cold" in there, not temperature wise, but the atmosphere isn't warm and inviting. We continue to go back...
