Overpriced for the portions. Paid $24 for a medium-sized burrito & small juice and was thinking I would've been better off going to Mucho Burrito instead.
I got a black short hair in my food.. I will upload a picture. Besides that the service was good and he explained the menu when I asked about it.

The food does look tasty but the issue is the portion size. I got a bowl that costed 13.50$ (including the 1$ tip) and it is not even half full, while the bowl doesnât need to be overflowing or anything, it should at least be a descent sized portion, and this just not worth the price

I gave this place a second try after my first disappointing visit because I'm a huge fan of freshii. The employee made me feel as if I was burdening him by walking in, both times, grossly unfriendly. The vegetables aren't even fresh, brown broccoli and wilted cabbage. Also, took my money with the same gloves that he made my meal with. Won't be back.

GOT REALLY SICK Ate here Sat jun 28. Both wife and I were very sick next day with food poisoning. Nausea, sharp stomache pains, dizziness, headache, kidney pain. we had same dish (a bowl) but hers had chicken i had Felafel...so most likely it was the rice, or the peanut sauce or a vegetable. Most likely the rice was left at room temp too long. we both had a ruined sunday and monday now im still sick a bit. Nasty. will not be eating here again.

Ordered from freshii, Wrong order came did nothing for us order was full of gluten when it was supposed to be gluten-free did not refund the delivery charge did not refund the order or send out another bowl. Very disappointing as I am still hungry.

I ordered a salad for dinner looking forward to a fresh and cool meal on a hot evening. I wish I had taken a photo of my salad to show what I received, or better yet, what I didn't receive. Essentially, what arrived to my house was a bowl of lettuce. There was so few toppings, I had to dig through the bowl to find the meager portions of cranberries, pecans and feta cheese. Up until last night, I did realize you could slice red onion so thin. I had to rummage in my fridge to add toppings in order to make my salad more than a heap of lettuce. Very disappointing meal.
Went in to get dinner, walked into the washroom before hand the employee was so rude âare you buying something you canât use that!â decided to not eat here. Ordered a water to got the response of âhuhâ went I ordered it. Very rude, unprofessional and the floors were all wet with no wet floor signs. Would recommend management to talk to their staff about how to greet customers in a respectful way.
Much better than barburrito. Here, they actually serve you in a timely manner, and wrap it properly!
0/5 if possible. This location had a contract with the school to provide 129 orders. They failed to provide the orders and called to say they had 25 available. After school volunteers went themselves, read out orders, labelled and created class bags, 1.5 hours later the kids had their meals. However the meals were very sub par as they were seriously rushed and lacked sauces, correct amounts of proteins, etc. But at least the orders were filled with what was ordered and the kids got their meals. Thanks 100% to the school volunteers. Without their time and extra hands to package and label the food, nobody would have gotten even a crumb of their paid for orders. I brought my order home and the pictures reflect the smaller size than normal. I am glad they got fed but attention to detail is important- I added my own sauces and out of curiosity I weighed the chickenâŠ.
Ordered online through their website today. I ordered a Teriyaki Twiist bowl and a Tropical Mango Smoothie. This was my first time ever ordering from Freshii and I was looking forward to trying it. When my order was getting picked up at 7:05, the worker had told who went to pick up my food that my order was never ordered and couldn't be found. This just couldn't be true, as I literally had the order confirmation email that my order was placed. The worker had no clue about my order whatsoever.
The worst part is when I went to phone them about my order, around 7:25, the phone was picked up, someone had said hello, and after a second I started speaking, I got hung up on. I tried to phone again, but the phone just kept ringing continuously. I tried to phone a few times in case it was just an issue with the phones, but to no avail. I will be attempting to get my money back, or get the meal I paid for tomorrow.
