GOT REALLY SICK Ate here Sat jun 28. Both wife and I were very sick next day with food poisoning. Nausea, sharp stomache pains, dizziness, headache, kidney pain. we had same dish (a bowl) but hers had chicken i had Felafel...so most likely it was the rice, or the peanut sauce or a vegetable. Most likely the rice was left at room temp too long. we both had a ruined sunday and monday now im still sick a bit. Nasty. will not be eating here again.

Ordered from freshii, Wrong order came did nothing for us order was full of gluten when it was supposed to be gluten-free did not refund the delivery charge did not refund the order or send out another bowl. Very disappointing as I am still hungry.

I ordered a salad for dinner looking forward to a fresh and cool meal on a hot evening. I wish I had taken a photo of my salad to show what I received, or better yet, what I didn't receive. Essentially, what arrived to my house was a bowl of lettuce. There was so few toppings, I had to dig through the bowl to find the meager portions of cranberries, pecans and feta cheese. Up until last night, I did realize you could slice red onion so thin. I had to rummage in my fridge to add toppings in order to make my salad more than a heap of lettuce. Very disappointing meal.

Went in to get dinner, walked into the washroom before hand the employee was so rude “are you buying something you can’t use that!” decided to not eat here. Ordered a water to got the response of “huh” went I ordered it. Very rude, unprofessional and the floors were all wet with no wet floor signs. Would recommend management to talk to their staff about how to greet customers in a respectful way.

0/5 if possible. This location had a contract with the school to provide 129 orders. They failed to provide the orders and called to say they had 25 available. After school volunteers went themselves, read out orders, labelled and created class bags, 1.5 hours later the kids had their meals. However the meals were very sub par as they were seriously rushed and lacked sauces, correct amounts of proteins, etc. But at least the orders were filled with what was ordered and the kids got their meals. Thanks 100% to the school volunteers. Without their time and extra hands to package and label the food, nobody would have gotten even a crumb of their paid for orders. I brought my order home and the pictures reflect the smaller size than normal. I am glad they got fed but attention to detail is important- I added my own sauces and out of curiosity I weighed the chicken….

Ordered online through their website today. I ordered a Teriyaki Twiist bowl and a Tropical Mango Smoothie. This was my first time ever ordering from Freshii and I was looking forward to trying it. When my order was getting picked up at 7:05, the worker had told who went to pick up my food that my order was never ordered and couldn't be found. This just couldn't be true, as I literally had the order confirmation email that my order was placed. The worker had no clue about my order whatsoever. The worst part is when I went to phone them about my order, around 7:25, the phone was picked up, someone had said hello, and after a second I started speaking, I got hung up on. I tried to phone again, but the phone just kept ringing continuously. I tried to phone a few times in case it was just an issue with the phones, but to no avail. I will be attempting to get my money back, or get the meal I paid for tomorrow.

We are huge Freshii fans and we were very disappointed in this Freshii in Red Deer. We stopped at 3:30 on February 9/25. The employee was sitting up at the counter and basically stared us down when we entered the shop. She was on her phone. Every table had not been cleaned as there was food particles and smeared stuff on them. If you have time to lean you have time to clean! She didn't say hello and barely made eye contact. She was incredibly rude throughout the whole interaction! I have never been treated so poorly for just walking into a restaurant to order food. We should have left at that point. My husband had the chipotle cheddar burrito and I ordered a custom bowl. His burrito was ice cold on one side and barely warm on the other side! The rice was cold and the chicken was cold. My bowl had the absolute smallest amount of ingredients that I have ever seen at a Freshii! The peanut sauce was ice cold, the quinoa was clumped together, dry and cold. If we had never eaten at a Freshii we would never try another one. The one that we eat at in Calgary is amazing! Very friendly, very clean and decent portions! The peanut sauce is hot and the burritos are hot. I regretted getting off the highway to eat here! Never again!

This place is always what I need when it comes to food. Absolutely recommend for anyone. It's always awesome when the hot indigenous woman serves me. She is so beautiful, I wish I knew her name. 🤭 She is always great to deal with.
Went to Feshii tonight for the 1st time and the girl behind the counter was on a personal video call the entire time. I was at the counter trying to order, asking questions that fell on negligent ears, we had to grab her attention even though we were standing directly in front of her since she couldnt put her phone down. She greated us when we arrived, she moved from the dining area to behind the counter but that's where her diligence ended. Felt very ignored and definitely not like a valued guest. So many places offer a rice bowl (what I was craving) and I feel like I will take my business somewhere else that puts the guest first and makes them feel less uncomfortable. Food was good but service not so much.
